Breakfast was ok- waffles, cereal, toast, bed was very comfy, ac worked great. Staff was very nice. Room was very big, the jacuzzi tub was nice. Good location.

The place overall wasn't clean, only 1 ice machine in hotel. Switch for the jacuzzi was far from the tub.

The price was good until I got there, and they asked for a $100 deposit, which was not on the website or under booking.com. So, I was bothered by that.

Let's begin to come in, and the area smells like weed very strong and annoying. Then we got on the elevator, and it would not close, meaning the elevator was not in great shape. The guy wiggled the elevator doors, and it closed. So unsafe, and I'm not sure you were aware this is going on. Get to the room and cleaning solution, meet us at the door so strong, and I have asthma real bad, so my spouse and kids had to wait to get the sent out. Go to take showers, and there were no face towels, 2 hands towels, and 1 dry towel call the front desk told us we had to come to them. Spouse and son went and was told with towels they are first come, first serve by this time I was livid and wanted to leave but it was late and my kids were tired. Wake up the next day, go get breakfast at 8 am, and that was trash. The eggs looked old, and there was no meat or bread or bagels or muffins. Nothing was nothing in the catainer. Kids got cereal and hot orange juice. I've never experienced this ever. Come back to the room and go to the pool, which was the best part of the stay. My kids played and had fun going back to our room on the bathroom ceiling. There was black mold and hair all over the sick and all in the tub. Our hair is black, and this hair was not. I had to buy towels just so my family could take a shower and truly feel clean. I was so disgusted with this hotel and my room. This hotel has failed in many was that it needs to be shut down or that major work needs to be done.

No Swimming towels, I didn't like that they didn't have sausage draw bacon for breakfast

from the ripped window screens to the broken shower curtain to the holes in the couch upholstery and the poor air conditioning the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. also, breakfast was limited.....only cereal as the waffle maker was not working

Rooms cleaned daily. Staff friendly. Liked the room price and facilities. Would like more options for breakfast, only bananas. It would not be that costly to have a coffee machine available during day in dining area. Otherwise liked the place and might stay there again.

Hallways carpets not cleaned daily. Did not like smell in hallways. Reported washing machine to be fixed but it stayed broken and unattended until we left.

I reserved another week. The rooms are very spacious and family friendly. Hot breakfast is always a plus because I have teenager's. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The carpet in the room a bit out dated and had a certain smell. And I feel the elevator could be updated as well and the hallways need more up keep.

Quiet,Clean and courteous we really enjoyed our stay.

I regret not staying longer.

When I left, that was the best part of the stay. Their breakfast wasn't even as advertised. Nothing was as advertised. I can't even get ahold of anyone about this. Or at booking. I filed a dispute with my bank for the charge, and they immediately reversed it in my favor. That's how bad this place is.

Not even sure where to start. Going to the room was unexpectedly dangerous. They had beds, tables, towels, and all kinds of stuff out in the hallway in front of our room. In the room, there was no smoke detector, no knob on the bathroom faucet, and nothing was wiped down. The guy at front desk argued with my husband about there not being a sofa bed in the room, so he refused to give us extra blankets and pillows. He said that's not a service they provide. It's advertised when booking, and not to mention the sofa bed is literally in the room for him to see if he would have liked to. Anyhow, the front desk person called the manager and she said to give us blankets and pillows. When we first arrived, it was a shock. I have called and tried to speak with someone about it, but I couldn't get ahold of anyone. The place is not as advertised, and anyone who ends up having to stay here because you don't have another option at the last minute, should get a full refund. Edit: Two weeks after my stay, I still have not heard back from the hotel, or from booking.com about my stay. I have sent several requests, and booking.com stopped communicating with me. If I call the hotel, the only person who answers pretends like they don't speak English so they can't help me.

Price and amenities

Foul odor wasn't caused by me or anyone staying with us. Someone has been spraying mace that lingers and is very uncomfortable, burning, itching, burning eyes and throat. Causes chemical burns in nose throat mouth palms bottoms of feet. Causes cancers and stoke, heart attack, attacks kidneys liver most major organs. These people have been stalking and harassing us for many years. Celina staff member was stealing my mail. Took IRS documents social security documents and hacked into anything in our area. We'd like to come back. These people also caused us be evicted from Budget Suites for confronting her. We're at another place that doesn't seem family friendly. I will pay pet fees and I can have detective caravella or detective Miller to let you know when this started. I apologize for any inconveniences we caused anyone but it really fit our needs. Financially more family friendly and we appreciate you hosting our family. Thank you.

The bed where so comfortable and the suite was great

The breakfast was horrible only 1 waffle maker and a line of people waiting. No hot breakfast other then that. We are used to staying where we have great breakfast because I have a soccer player that needs to eat before. This place had to eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal.....only cereal and waffels we left early and found a McDonald's , might be the last time we stay here. Then the towel issue we only had 2 towels and no had towels. Like what in a room that accommodates 6 should have at least 4 towels NOT just 2.
