The king suite was very nice! We did have issues with the breaker flipping on the jacuzzi tub but, the manager was very quick to come and resolve that for us. The indoor facilities were very nice like the indoor pool, ping pong, mini golf etc. there’s a nice bar on the first floor also. I felt safe there. A portion of the hotel is outside and that made me happy I was inside where the suites were. The staff were wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable! Room was spotless! The staff, the breakfast, the activities, entertainment and cleanliness were all great perks. The room was beautiful with French doors and nice colorful walls! I’ll definitely stay here again. And easy access to shopping and the highway!

Honestly the only thing I didn’t like which reflects on whoever had the adjoining room next to us, on my last day there because our suites had adjoining interior doors that were locked. But the smell of weed came in really strong into the living area of my suite from the neighbors, and they fought a lot. Again, not a reflection of the hotel or its staff. It was people who booked the room next to us. Oh, I’m disabled and have issues with stairs. It should be noted that this hotel does not have elevators. I was glad I had help getting my luggage up the stairs. So if you’re disabled, make sure you get a room on the first floor.

Being at very back of motel and right inside the doorway was loud of people coming in and out. Wifi wasn't very good. And beds were ok, not as soft as I'd hope. TV didn't work. I was just so tired I ended up watching a movie on my phone.

The location was good. For how terrible everything else was the room was clean.

The pool was not heated. The hot tub was broken. The sauna was broken. The staff was extremely rude. We were only allowed 2 towels for 5 people. The beds were like sleeping on concrete slab they were so hard. The room was very small. The outlets and lamps kept flickering.

The price is about the only good thing there

No hot water , see day light around the doors, yhe heater was not working right.
