We liked the location of the hotel due to the restaurants and shopping areas around there.

Breakfast was ok. Pool was cloudy the room was hot and muggy. There were no towels in the pool room. Our air conditioner didn’t work in the first room. We asked about it twice and were moved to a room with working air.

Good location around lots of food & stores and close to seaworld that being the reason we stayed

The room wasn’t dirty..however the room had SO MANY ANTS. Like on the table.. crawling up the wall..found on in the bed..And the water in the shower never got hot once

Room was convenient to outside access.

Something in the room gave us both bad headaches. Beds were too high to sit on comfortably, and the chairs were awful. AC units near where car was parked misted oil all over vehicle.

Breakfast was adequate: scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, bagel, oranges etc The kitchen attendant was polite.

Parking & Management-not enough lighting in front and back. Our truck was broken into while parked in front in a poorly lit spot and glove box totally pulled out, console contents scattered. Luckily we left nothing valuable in truck so we had no valuables stolen and minimal damage done. No sign of forced entry on door so some code or unlocking device was used. The manager acted as if it was no big deal. He said he would not view security cameras video unless requested to do so by police. Obviously this is a common occurrence at this location. We also spoke with other hotel guests whose vehicles were also broken into as well. So be aware of this common occurrence at this location. Price- over priced but was close to SeaWorld.

Room service only if you stay 3 or more days, they try to save on towels, breakfast is rationed, not waffles, and they add water to orange juice 🤦🏻‍♂️ I can't believe it. The pillows smell like sweat and food
