Staff was exceptionally friendly, room was nice, parking was convenient. My needs were met 110%

The outside door to the building did not have a key lock, my room door did not close all the way or seem safe and secure. I actually switched hotels after they refused to change me rooms.

The room could be described as both clean and comfortable, which are the main criteria in a hotel, right? My son (25 years old) and I both slept well in the room thanks to the comfortable beds. The staff was polite and helpful, and the place overall was pretty quiet despite being next to the interstate and another busy road. (TIP: Ask for a room on the opposite side of the interstate.) The location was quite good as well, as we were able to hop on the interstate quickly to get on the road to Zion NP, or just out to eat. This place is a great deal for the price.

Breakfast was provided, but it could have been better. Cereal, bagels, coffee, and a waffle maker are the highlights. I'm not complaining, but simple additions such as bananas and peanut butter (for the bagels) would have been nice. Overall, though, this place was a great value.

The ‘HVAC’ unit was a portable device that vented out through the window. It ran all night at different decibel levels - we didn’t get any sleep because this this was so loud and constantly changing the sound output. Carpet was stained - the furniture had damage and needs to be replaced.

Breakfast was ok. good selection for the cost of staying. Front desk was helpful when our room keys continued to malfunction. We never did use the pool, but it was nice to have the option. Key drop for expedited check out was appreciated.

No vending machines, front desk was out of most things. In-room Coffee machine had to be held a certain way to stay on long enough to make a cup off coffee. we had to be changed rooms because the key cards kept malfunctioning

The bed was super comfortable, we slept very well. Checkin and checkout were easy, staff was super nice.

Nothing not to like. 🙂

It has a little pool area with a jacuzzi, another good thing is that it’s close to the freeway.

It said “American breakfast” and I missed the sausage haha, but it’s okay I guess.
