the room was nice size…loved the wood. bed was fine. The man and woman who welcomed us were very pleasant. location was pretty good.

took long time to get hot water…didn’t like the steps. we were told breakfast 8 to 10. no breakfast. went for ice but machine wasn’t plugged in.

price point got our attention

floors were a mess - room smelled musty - bathroom had cracked grout and smelled. door had crack under 1/2 or more for bugs or whatever to come in … just gross

Didn't have breakfast. We left before 8 am because we couldn't sleep. We could hear the people next to us.

The bed was horrible. It was curved up and saggy in the middle. My husband and I ended up with sore backs because of it.

Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. No toilet lids and toilet paper holder too far away. Air conditioner didn’t function properly. No housekeeping services.

it doesn’t look very exciting externally, but the rooms were well equipped and spacious and comfortable and it was well located. the swimming pool was lovely with shaded tables near by. the breakfast was very generous and the endless fresh waffles superb! The on site ice machine was appreciated .The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The free breakfast was good. Location very good right on Maddox blvd. Next to the hotel is a nice restaurant to eat dinner. There are 2 ice cream places close by And donuts right across the street!

The pool was nice , needs some repair , some small spots inside pool uncomfortable on your feet.

The location and A/C worked great. I did ask for at late check out which was granted..THANK YOU.

The door did not meet the floor we put a towel there to keep any bugs from coming in and the same around the air conditioning unit..you could see outside.

the front desk staff, Karen, was exceptional. beds were clean. good pool and cabana area. close to lots. breakfast offered was average, better than I expected.

I really enjoy the location as it is central to everything. The rooms are a decent size and clean. There is a tiny coffee maker in the room, which is perfect for people like myself who want coffee early before breakfast begins. My son enjoyed getting breakfast that was provided by the hotel, especially making his own waffles. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a good size and clean. Perfect place to sleep and kick back at night after a full day enjoying the island! I especially love that you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony if you choose (usually we were on the beach for the sunsets).

The only thing that was a little bothersome was having the cleaning cart on the balcony right at the corner, thankfully none of us are that big, but when we were carrying suitcases or beach bags, we had to squeeze through and be careful not to catch our clothing and tear it. Also, the lighting going up the stairway was very dim. And not a huge deal, but could use a small desk lamp. There is a nice writing desk, but no lighting in that cornier

I really need to request a room that doesn’t have children above us. I like the first floor but the room above us was extremely unconcerned for anyone else . They sounded like elephants until all hours and played music very loudly until 1:00am. I was really taken back with how rude they were to any neighbors. Otherwise I stay there happily every year.Was very pleased with the appearance of the pool this year. But since it was a 3 night stay there is no housekeeping and I understand that, but think a broom should be in the rooms cause the floors get very gritty from the beach sand in that amount of time.The landscaping needs attention with weeding etc.

Not as advertised. We booked a room for 6 people. The room had 2 beds and barely enough room for a roll away. Our reservation clearly stated we needed a room to sleep 6. Bathtub drain was exceeded slow.

the location is within walking distance of Main Street shops and food.

found a lighter in the chair beside the bed and an earring on the floor behind the chair. only charging ports on one side of the bed - our window was duct taped on the outside.
