Looks nothing like pictures half is a shelter and they don’t tell you this

I love the location. It is in the midst of all my appointments and near my favorite stores.
Poor amenities, for instance an iron with no ironing board, no trolley to take in or out luggage and no one to help. The room adcertised on the website was not what I received!

The premium room was nice, bed was comfortable, full size fridge, microwave and stove top were great. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice, hot water. We enjoyed our stay except my husband stepped in dog poo due to a tenant not cleaning up after their animal. The kids were walking the dogs and letting them poop everywhere, in the grass, side walk, and not cleaning it up. I watched them do it, but other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Arrived on time for check in. Was refused service. given no reason. "Closed" at 630 pm" . Was insulted.

When we got there they didnt have our room told us to come back a t 3 we came back abd they said 4 we had drove from pittsbugh. Pa and was tried had to find another place to stay they really need to get togeather on how they run things.

I had reserved a room on the first floor. It was lost or ignored. Refrigerator wes LOUD.
No coffee!? Who rents a room with no coffee? I will drive 2 hours to avoid staying in this overpriced place again.

Daily housekeeping. Room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was available, coffee and juice.
Just was noisy because of work being done on the building.

They played Russian roulette with my reservation and I lost. I booked the reservation for a week and was visiting from out of town, once we arrived they claimed they were over booked. They attempted to offer a single room, but we got to the room and it smelled like dirty mop water and cigarettes. The front desk is not 24hrs so they were leaving within the hour of us arriving. This is the second time this has happened with overbooked rooms and the last time i will ever book with this company. They helped ruin my vacation.

the dirty sheets & the nasty piece of toilet tissue found in between the fitted and flat sheet(upon arrival), the dirty bathroom (upon arrival) the multiple roaches found crawling on the floor, walls & bathroom, the ant found crawling in my bed !

They take a deposit and can’t be bothered to give it back, and will not return messages or calls about it, the rooms are superficially clean, not worth the price I paid for one night

It was close to where I needed to go.
The room was tiny. Nothing like what it made me believe I was getting when I booked it & they made me put a deposit down on a room when I used my credit card to pay.
