Location and the coffee was good but that’s all they had.
Even though I was nonsmoking, It smell like some one had smoked there

It was not safe door had a broken lock and the guy said he fix it tomorrow
I need a handicap we had no hand railings. Just not a good time .

Beds were super comfy. Staff was very nice.
Breakfast was basically non-existent. Not the cleanest place in the world.

Payed but didn't stay due to lobby was gross didn't feel comfortable staying so went to different hotel

Loud & arguing folks in the parking lot, right in front of my door at 5 a.m.
Asked for a 2nd floor back side room, & got a note they confirmed my request & was granted, but checked in, & they couldn't accomodate.
First check in, I couldn't get a check in for over 30 minutes as no-one answered the phone I was to use in the lobby.

good location and beds were comfortable
property is not well maintained. weeds growing up around the entrance, dirty lobby, some prepackaged snack cakes for the breakfast, and the bathroom towels were the barely bigger than hand towels and looked like they were 20 years old and frayed.

I checked in looked at the room and left immediately. The motel needs renovations immediately and should not remind open until they do.

The night staff was very friendly
We booked a non smoking room with two queen size beds and when we got there we were given a room that had a distinct smoking smell... when we pointed it out to the person at the front desk he was very friendly but told us there are no more queen rooms available... because my granddaughter has severe allergies we ended up taking a king-size room and she had to sleep on the floor . That was not the plan . Also there really was no breakfast available... all they had for breakfast was Hostess Cakes, some packages of instant oatmeal and orange juice and absolutely nothing else. So even though they advertised free breakfast they really have no breakfast available

Great Location
They charge almost $100 for one night. But the shower heads have so much hard water build up. And the shower curtains are turning yellow. Same curtains since I’ve been booking for about 6 years now. If you’re updating the hotel like you say and charging what you charge, make the room feel like what we pay.
Overall, I do like the location, staff and quietness. Really comfortable beds.

Proximity to Interstate and Downtown. Staff was extremely friendly. Needed to check in a day early and the process was simple and cheaper than anticipated. Room was clean, comfotable and what you would expect from Super 8.

The room was damaged in several places... needed paint and repairs.
The mattress was inexcusable! WORN OUT!! HUGE hole on one side, I hva photo to prove it. Partner woke up with back pain. NO cont. Breakfast as promised, either. $100 pretty much a wasted expenditure

Confirmation email gave beginning @12:00 check in, it was 12:50 when I arrived and they wanted to charge more for early check in, then made me wait 25more minutes and no pillowcases on bed. There were Burn marks all over room for a non-smoking room? Bedcovers stained
