It was clean and convenient location

It was out dated, and definitely needs some upgrades. Beds could be a little more comfy. In one of our rooms, the heat wasn't working, but there was a space heater in the room when we got there that kept the room warm. Not ideal, but sufficient.

I didn’t like when I called to let them know I was going to be late arriving the front desk person could not find my reservation was short with me on the phone, I asked for connecting rooms as I had a family with children and needed this in stead we got rooms down the hall from each other, I reserved this in advance to make sure this could happen and I even made a special request. No coffe maker, laundry bags in room. For the price I paid I was very disappointed.

The staff was ok however, the breakfast was terrible. The food wasn’t freshly made and they used the same items from days before to provide to those staying at this location

The sheets in the room were overly dirty. One of them actually had, what appeared to be a burnt hole on one of the comforters placed on the bed.

The people at the front were nice. The bed was comfortable.

Where do I start. All the floors were sticky (including carpet). Mildew and likely mold on the walls. Dirty, I don’t think the electric sockets are up to code. No bolt lock on my door. Cleaning staff start very early and they talk very loudly. Woke me up.

wish they had a protein instead of sausage gravy and biscuits. I love thier gravy but would like a choice.

Location was good.

The room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns all over. Stained carpet bad over all smell. Hot tub was covered and not working pool was very dirty and uncomfortably warm.
