The room was clean and comfortable. The pool looked clean and well kept. I did not go in due to heavy storms in the area. Our microwave was not in the room, but we were given permission to use the one in the dining area which was fine. I guess they had a replacement on order that had not come in yet. I appreciated the fact that my Service dog in training was welcome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay again for the price it was not bad.

The hall smelled of marijuana. There was an excessive amount of trash and cigarette butts around the building. Not to mention dog poop. It is a shame so many people are not being responsible for their animals.

I liked the bed and the shower was fine. Everything was pretty clean. I didn't spend too much time in the room (due to work), but it was a good stay overall.

The breakfast options were limited and I wish I could have stayed longer. Also the TV options were kind of confusing, but nothing too crazy I didn't enjoy.

The night attendants were very unprofessional. The bathroom in em 108 was disgusting. The pool was nasty and cold. Paid for 2 nights w/ 4 ppl. Hotel had only 2 towels in room, questioned why we wanted 4 extra towels. Kept our deposit because the hallway smelled “like smoke”, even though on camera it shows my husband going outside multiple times to smoke. Hotel run down, heater was busted in our room, tears in carpet covered with duct tape. I’ll be reaching out to General Mgr Monday to get my deposit back. Can’t accuse people of things they aren’t doing, especially when they are being courteous and respecting policies. We also left the room super clean, all that was left for housekeeping was a pile of used towels and the bedding. They also tried telling my 2 children they couldn’t go swimming because my husband went swimming alone earlier that day. I would not recommend staying here at all.

The staff was awesome!! The facility is in obvious need of upgrades. I wouldn't do an extended stay here, but if you're looking for a weekend bed and shower, it works.

The room furniture...whew. This is more motel than hotel, and overpriced. The furniture leaves a lot to be desired. I'm a coffee snob so I'm never satisfied with hotel coffee, and this was no exception.

Would have liked a bigger selection for breakfast, but adequate. Location was great! Right off the highway and in a quiet location. Enjoyed the pool.
