Timbers was the perfect location for our families trip to Yellowstone! We have 2 small children so having the pool was great! The units were dated but they were very clean and were well stocked with kitchen supplies to cook meals. The staff in the office were very nice and were very helpful in telling us things to visit! Our family had the perfect vacation here! Highly recommend and we will be coming back next time we visit Yellowstone!

toilet leaked the entire time I was there. covered the bathroom floor. they tried to fix it unsuccessfully once. ignored repeated calls after that. also had no water for 1/2 day. I checked out 1 day early but the still charged for the extra day saying I had to contact Booking.com to discuss refund. staff’s attitude about all this was dismissive and unconcerned. bad place.

99.9 percent of the staff was rude, they were short and angry. The buildings all need so much repair and upkeep!!

close to Yellowstone yet away from the crowds . The kitchen was the best supplied of any where I have stayed.

The sofa bed was a joke . uncomfortable to sit and unbearable to sleep on. We got an extra pad from housekeeping and slept on floor. Unacceptable to rent a place and not furnish properly. Also the stairs were wood and slippery to get up and down .

We arrived at night and it was difficult to find the Office. Also, we were not made aware that there was a swimming pool and jacuzzi when we reserved our place through Bookings.com.

We had a 2 bedroom place on building 69. It was really clean and we had enough room for the 5 of us. The sofa bed was super useful in the hall. All of us felt the place is good.

My family spent a week here. The condo was amazing. We are a family of five with four large men. We were extremely comfortable and the staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The cabin are very clean. The unit (one bedroom apartment) is spacious and we can cook by ourselves. The area is well maintained. It is far only half an hour from the east entrance to Yellowstone national park

The internet connection was weak , and the WiFi didn’t work at all. For us it caused inconvenient due to work’s commitments. It Could have been helpful if there were some basic products in the kitchens like oil, salt, sugar etc

The bedrooms are nice size beds are comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed

The location is perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged and water filled up real quick. The bed size for 2 adults and a kid was a little smaller. However, the extra mattress helped. The sofa-bed for third adult was quite decent.

Everything, quiet, clean, great view, great support from people who manage the facility. My wife had an issue with climbing stairs and we were surprised they were willing and able to put us on ground floor. Made stay so very very much more easy for us to get in and out

Some small repairs needed. Shower head needs replaced. Door to bathroom wouldnt close. Fireplace fan was quite noisy.
