Very clean and quiet. Exceptional breakfast delivered hot to your door. You pick the time and menu items from a text they send you. Great amount of space. Nice seating area with 2 chairs and a table, inside and 2 chairs and a table outside.
The pillows were a little stiff. They were hard for me to be comfortable on.

Cleanliness and comfort are most important and were both there! But a few surprises that we could order breakfast and supplies and it was delivered promptly right to our front porch. It was simple, clean, and comfortable. I loved that my car could be right outside the door! Staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, comfortable and spotless accommodations. Breakfast is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing. Reserved parking spot right outside your door. Hotel staff immediately responded to any questions we had.

Easy access to downtown Bar Harbor and all the island fun. Motel staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and quiet. I thought this was a great value compared to insane hotel prices in downtown and it is just a quick drive and definitely walkable into downtown.

The location was on the main road close to the town center if Bat Harbor and close to the entrance of Acadia National Park. Even though we were on the main road, our room was quiet. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our breakfast was included and delivered to us in the morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful with tips on places to see.
It was perfect- exceeded our expectations!

I cannot say enough about this motel. Very clean and super quiet. The location was perfect for walking to Bar Harbor, and there was a shuttle you could grab at the bottom of the hill. The daily breakfast delivered to our room was fabulous! The room was a good size for the two of us, we were gone most of the day anyways. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the little area outside where we could sit and enjoy our breakfast or a cocktail later in the evening. Everything from check-in, to breakfast order to check out, is done via their app. This was fabulous!

For a vintage look, the amenities and text out reach had the best modern advantages. We loved ordering breakfast and having it delivered to our door every morning. Very classy. I loved the room esthetics. The whole hotel is very well cared for and managed. We would definitely come back

Check in/out and all communication was handled via text. Which I loved. The room was absolutely spotless. It’s a throw-back style motel. But sparkling clean and perfectly comfortable. We had a king room and were not cramped by the bed at all. They bring you a breakfast that you order (via text link) and it arrived exactly on time each morning. It is super close to the bike-entrance for Acadia and an easy walk to bar harbor for dinner. I would absolutely stay there again.
The sheets were stiff. Some people love that. I don’t happen to, but I was still able to sleep well.

Whilst breakfast was good there was no contact with staff.
During our 3 night stay everything worked very smoothly but we never saw a member of staff.
