The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was nice and our dog was welcome. They had a nice complimentary continental breakfast.

The hot tub was out of service.

The outside smelled from all the dairies, but this is Tillamook! Other places have installed soap dispensers in lieu of little bottles.

I liked the little kitchenette counter with the microwave and refrigerator. I appreciated the extra blankets because there was no power and it was cold.

I didn't like that there was no power. I was given no kind of discount for sleeping in a cold room without electricity. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I was also unhappy that the pool was unusable.

I didn’t like that the stuff lied to us and told us the pool was in order when we checked in and then literally five minutes later we found out that it was out of order. We would not have stayed if we had known the pool was out of order. She then said that they could not refund us because we’d already checked in. I’ll never visit again.

These motels use to be top notch back in the day. I was disappointed to see how out dated the rooms were for the price paid.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Good in-room coffee.

We arrived at night and it was very dark getting to our room. The gal at the front desk had warned me of that fact; but it really needed some outdoor path lighting. The iron plate had scorching on it and so I couldn't not use it. It wasn't so important that I called the desk -- I am sure I would have been able to get a new one.
