View, fake fireplace (no heat) wet bar style set up/living room-kitchenette (no stovetop), room size, quiet, close enough to walk to everything, right next to the beach.
Some areas look rough, wood needs replacing, painting.
Shower water was cool, maybe lukewarm at best. Beds were extra firm, bit uncomfortable.

Love the rooms so comfortable and a very beautiful view of the ocean.
That check in time is 4 o'clock but you have to check out at 11 so the first day of your stay is almost over already by the time you check in... check out time and check in time should be close enough together so you actually get a whole day for the price you spend.

I like the proximity to the beach and restaurants.
The beds are too firm for me. Small tv screen was really dusty. Ocean view was obstructed by trees. Attempted to reach front desk around 930pm Sunday night - no one answered.

The view was great.
The pool wasn't heated and that's why we went there was so the kids could swim. Also, we had 3 people, but there were only two towels in the room. There were no extra blankets for the pullout couch or extra pillows.

location and pet friendly
we moved rooms at 630 at night due to noise of running children above our heads constantly. woken at 630am due to plumbing above use making a high pitch sound that went on for a while, we even took a video. oh when we moved rooms there were no coffee cups in the new room for coffee in the morning. overall a very unpleasant stay for someone battling a migraine. we will not be back.

It’s a older hotel but our room was very neat and clean we had a beautiful view the walls are thin and I heard my neighbors but it was an beautiful staycation for our 26th anniversary

The size of the room was great; bigger than I thought. Very clean and neat, and quiet. Nice size refrigerator and microwave. I really enjoyed using the little fireplace. Staff was very helpful. When we checked in they had to change room to pet friendly, and it was $8.00 cheaper than originally purchased. Very nice!
It did have a coffee machine and coffee (but only decaf). There were no spoons or coffee stirs in the room; we could have used some. My husband could of used to regular coffee, not decaf. The room was also very cold. I had to turn the cooler off and turn on the heat.

I was charged $285. Per nite . Their walk in rate was $185.
We were on second floor. Almost no view…the least they cd have done is put us on 3 or 4 for a view. The room was poorly maintained, dusty….shower curtain was moldy…

Overpriced for condition of room. Repairs needed. Restaurant closed.

easy access to the ocean, stores and coffee. staff was great.
you have to stay 4 days or more for them to clean your room. I stayed with my family, which we had kids under 6, so a good vacuum and new bedding would of been great.

Location, size of room, beach view
Dated facilities, surface clean, but old furniture and lumpy beds, stained fabrics. Pool was cold and cloudy. Pool area was stained and in need of a deep clean. Aquarium hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

The glass door in the room needs to be replaced as it blocks some visibilty of the ocean view, as it is weather beaten. The advertised fireplace, appears to be electric with a blower. Big disappointment. The beds squeeked. Room needs upgrade for sure. In the video of the hotel, it showed the dining room, which is closed now.
