Great staff, location, extremely clean and comfortable!

Everything was great! No issues at all.

Coffee and pastries in the morning, plus the young lady at the front desk was nice. Everything was clean. My granddaughter greatly enjoyed the free popcorn and water.

The rooms are small, the ice machine didn't work, it's more expensive than expected.

Clean sheets and bathroom.

Nothing about it.

Staff was very rude and the room was dirty. There was a bed bug infestation recently in all the rooms and they tried to hide it by telling me they were just ants. There were mice running around the room and someone left old food in the fridge. So im assuming no1 really cleans the room or the dirty stained bed sheets that never get changed.

The room was spotless when I arrived and the added touches of snacks and water was exactly what I needed. I loved how personal the staff made my stay feel.

In room coffee selection needs to be upgraded.

Great location in downtown Boyne City. You are able to walk to downtown shops and local eateries. I was hesitant to stay in a motel with my family and it went well. You can tell that they are trying to keep the older facilities clean and inviting. The casing on the baseboard heaters were even dust free.

The lock on the door was loose.

The outside facility was not very clean. There were bugs right by the door of our room, some got in but thank God they were not cockroach

very clean room and the property is about 12 minutes from the Skybridge at Boyne falls!

No hot breakfast just simple continental breakfast. Thank you for the fresh oranges and coffee!
