Friendly staff, Clean property and rooms, easy check in and out, free breakfast in the morning.
Broken side entry door near the stairwell. The card access only entrance on the side of the hotel doesn’t actually close. Anyone could walk into the building and have access to the stairwell. They are doing renovations at the moment so I’m sure it will be fixed soon.

The location is good.
The property is under construction which I understand at this time is not going to look at its best. However, the bathroom in our room was,for lack of a better word, gross. There was hair on the toilet and the tub/shower had chips and stains. I had to make a trip to the store to purchase cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom.

So soft bed and sheets. Nicely decorated clean room. Easy check In/out.
The hot tub jets were out of order and I was unsure about the cleanliness of the pool water.
I didn't swim . Not that big of a deal.
The nice room was worth it.
Major problem was no grab bar in the shower/tub.
I would have to have a room that accommodated safety needs go return.

The hotel property including our room was very clean and all staff we encountered were very kind and courteous.
The beds were very uncomfortable.

Great location and our room was large and clean/comfortable. However, it wasn't ready when we arrived to check in. It was ready an hour later. The elevator was very slow and the hallway/elevator area has no AC. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
It felt hot throughout the building and needed to be vacuumed. The elevator was an issue and was down the evening we stayed.

Little to no accommodation to smokers in front of building.
Small amount of damage to door. Stained bath tub. Broken vents on ac unit.

indoor pool room is LOUD, the mattress’s were crap, the ceiling patch in the bathroom looks like my 5 yr old did it, the wall patch at the back of the tub where tile was replaced was replaced with a piece of wood that is now water damaged and holding mold, the room was of course not what is pictured on website( cramped where online it was open), breakfast was horrible, the juice machine didnt have any powders in it to make juices, the pancake machine is so slow, no waffle maker,

the staff was very attentive and kind. especially the woman overseeing the breakfast station, was so sweet.
there was only 3 towels for 4 people, the dials
on the AC were broken, the room was not cleaned while we were out, the dryer took 3 hours to dry our clothes, the elevator didn’t work at one point, the room smelled, the soap dispenser were out.
