Convenient location. The person at the front desk was lovely and gave us a different room after the first room we were given had a terrible musty smell.
The breakfast was very much lacking for a $200 a night stay compared to every other place we have stayed. Very little choice, overdone dried out wrinkly sausage, odd tasting eggs.
Facility was worn down, stained hallway carpets.

The staff was kind, and gave complementary cookies at the beginning of our stay. There wasn’t many people staying while we did, so it was mainly quiet. They had great choices for breakfast including crockpot biscuits and gravy and fresh breads. We stayed in the jacuzzi room and left feeling very refreshed. The end of our stay was easy, not having to remove linens or towels from their areas. Would stay again if in the area.
The ONLY thing I can think is that our room was eye level with the traffic afar, but that problem was simply solved by closing the blackout curtains, which were great while sleeping!!

Nice property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was really good for being free!
It is great vicinity to Riverbend Music Center. I don’t know that i would pick that location for anything else.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was very well maintained. Check in was fast and very friendly. Had no problem obtaining towels. Overall experience was excellent. Would recommend staying there to everyone.

It was clean and functional. Breakfast was good and everything was in order.
Carpet and furniture were a little tired and worn, but clean. It smelled a little musty oe smoky, but not problematic.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean pool, good breakfast, and good location! The front desk clerks even gave us cookies during the check-in process.
My only complaint would be the pool area. It was very clean and well stocked on towels but it's indoors so naturally it's humid in the room so maybe an overhead fan of some sort would better help with the air circulation and with the smell from the pool chemicals or even opening the windows.

Staff was nice and the room was a great price. Very close to Riverbend..pool was clean. Close to a couple of food choices. Very nice free breakfast as well.
Carpet and walls were dirty in common areas. Needs updating. Elevator had a constant odor.

The fact that I couldn’t pay cash for my room or for the water that I bought that everything had to be put on the card so unnecessary

The staff we came in contact with were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff were exceptional. We have never stayed somewhere as nice as the Comfort Inn
The price was a bit higher than we would have liked.

not far from many things, had different food options close, the pool was great, breakfast was great
our room smelled like smoke, bathroom was worse than the actual room itself. it was clean, but just didn’t smell good. nothing exceptional that was worth the $150 I spent for 1 night.

Low sound insulation; you can hear the neighbors snoring behind the wall.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Even provided cookies for the kids at check in.
The hallways, rooms and pool area were not cleaned well. A lot of dirt and crumbs could be seen in corners and along baseboards. We also found trash under furniture in our room.
