The floor in our room was sticky and had a funky smell. The pool water looked extremely dirty. The breakfast and location were great.

Location- easy on and off of Highway. Staff was really friendly!!

Mattress was very firm…. Uncomfortable. Towels were scratchy.

Pool and water activities were a hit with the family.

Coffee left a lot to be desired, very bitter, but a good breakfast besides.

The beds were very comfortable.

Pool and hot tub wasn't very clean looking. It had green scum. Don't get a room by the pool. It's noisy until the pool closes and makes your room smell like chlorine every time you open the door.

Everything else. Strong pool odor in first room. Damage on the walls EVERYWHERE! Old smoke alarm. Numerous stains on carpet.Damage on furniture. Ugly curtains. Terrible views. Breakfast was not good. Not gross, but not good. Wonky looking couch. The lamp got turned on and a strong melting plastic smell started filling the room. It was the light bulb. Lamp shade had stains and cracks in the shade. Mold on the caulking above the AC. AC in other room was so dirty! Yuck! Front of shower head fell off when my Mom was taking a shower. For some reason my phone is not going all the way back to the hotel photos. I'll have to do another review somewhere else and put in photos.

Most everything was fine...

We were right above the pool area so humid feeling in the hall. And the water slide is not available at all times the pool is. So kids were disappointed.

The front desk person was nice, and check in was quick. The room was spacious. Lots of fast food close by.

The stairway and hallways had a bad oder. Our room was right outside the pool, so the chlorine smell was strong. Room was outdated and not the cleanest.

The hotel was dirty, the staff made us uncomfortable, the room was missing the lock, holes in the walls, holes in the floor of the pool area and our kids tripped a lot and cut their feet, rooms were not advertised properly, the wanted me to call Booking.com and lie about traveling issues so I could get my money back since the rooms were falsely advertised, military discount was not applied, the breakfast was cold and disgusting, the staff was unwilling to accommodate any changes.

The staff- they were rude and so many random staff members walked around and gave dirty looks and were nosey when trying to fix this hotel's problems.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very good. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Room was close to pool which was nice except the pool area is open so very loud which made it a bit hard to rest.

It was a good place to stop for the night. Nice staff and clean rooms.

The parking lot was difficult to maneuver-confusingly painted... the building is older with obvious water damage in the pool balcony rooms and hallway.
