We have stayed at this property many times before, the location is OK, just off the freeway.

I booked a property two months ago, and requested a ground floor room because of a disability. I realize that request are not guaranteed, but because of my early reservation it may have been accommodated. this time, I saw many pets at the property. When I asked the staff, if there were pet specific rooms, I was told that pets were not in any specific room, but could be in any room. This is not acceptable to me, because I don’t own any pets, and I don’t want to be in the room where there have been pets. also, the last time I stayed here was five months ago, the price for the room has nearly doubled. Over $100 a night for a super eight in Burley is a little bit questionable.

Room was great. Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast would of been great but lady in front of us took ALL bagels and stacked her plates. but great overall. Sad Connors was closed.

The room was very nice. The shower area was clean and the bed comfortable.

It was extremely busy and noisy after hours

Well from the last time I stayed with super 8 they didn't have a dining room and so guests had breakfast in the little foyer area. But now they have a place where more people can sit have there breakfast and mingle with other guests

That when I tried to pay for my room in Cash I was told I would need an extra $250.00 for a deposit if I didn't use a credit card well I got 2 rooms I didn't have any extra $500.00 to put down as a deposit plus the room charge. Yes they did say I would get it back up on check out but why bother with all that? I had to break down and use my credit card when I really didn't want to. So I am very disappointed in that aspect.

Brittany was amazing 👏 she was SOOO helpful, knowledgeable, happy, and professional. I actually asked for her name so I could mention her. She was probably the MOST helpful person that I have dealt with helping book a room. THANKS SO MUCH BRITTANY 🙏🏻
