Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel

Nothing, it was wonderful

The location and room was great, breakfast was good and served with a smile.

I was in a king suite the tub took to long to fill. I reported it to the staff and they tried to fix it. I was paying for something I was not pleased with and did not use the tub. My trip was good

Very convenient. Clean. On property parking.

One elevator for three floors.

Checkout was a breeze.

A general comment on yhe hotel industry as compared to the house rental industry: IT would be easier to choose hotels if options for rooms were available. As of now, few if any options exist for families (3 or more) that require multiple beds, preferably multiple distinct rooms.

Our room was a King Suite, and I think the only difference was that we had a jacuzzi tub. The room space itself was enough to move comfortably. The breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from and it was manned by a very attentive employee!

The shower was hard to get right, either scalding or freezing. Plus the bathroom itself was super cramped.

Clean clean clean!

The hotel is in a great location for visits to the Biltmore. The breakfast is one of the better ones I've ever had at a hotel and the lady running it was exceptional. She was constantly cleaning, restocking and assisting people.

The room was beyond worn out. The carpet was frayed completely through going into the bathroom and was overall worn out. The staff was efficient but not overly outgoing or friendly.

Location

The staff, the manager of the day during our day was so rude. I signed a consent for a non-smoking room. And when we arrived at the room, its stinked and smells someone before us smoked pot, it was terrible smell. I went down to ask for another room and the manager told me, they are fully booked and told me that if they can’t find a vacant room for us they will cancel our booking and refund my money and that what almost 8pm. He was so mean. That’s ridiculous. I asked for compensation if that will happen and at the end he changed our room. However, the communication was so intense. I won’t stay on this hotel ever again. No consideration, so rude! 😡
