Didn’t like the fact I paid for the hotel for multiple Nights online I get there and the lady made it seem like I did not pay she was very un trained on the proper procedure as another customer that’s been there multiple times had to help. Finally after 15 mins of figuring this out and the worker telling me I didn’t pay it was finally resolved. Then she proceeded to tell me if caught smoking in my room it’s a 200 fee when one I don’t smoke and two the whole building smelled heavily of smoke!! It was Smokey walking through the hallways. When arriving I had to wait almost 23 minutes for anyone to even come check us in. As we’re checking in there was a plant that was over watered so there was water everywhere as my bag got wet. This was where we chose to stay for my wedding bc it seemed good online but getting there was a whole other story. I’m not asking for anything but next time you might not have a group of people as calm as we were. That was extremely stressful!

Liked the location and grab and go snacks

Hair was all over the bathroom, including the tub. Towels weren't clean, noticed hair and make up on them.

good location as well as exceptional staff that honestly care about the guests.

would have liked a better breakfast selection and some of the kitchen supplies I expected to get were not given to me

The front desk employee (Jennifer) was super nice and accommodating. The check in was easy and quick. The location was great. It was Near plenty of restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned very well. Because we were only staying one night and I was too tired to complain, I never said anything while we were there.

Nothing it was horrible I didn't get the room I booked got some little room with twin beds , it was dirty and had a smell the manager lady had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care of the mess up

The location was in South Dayton and close to the neighboring hotels our friends were staying at.

We did not get the room we booked and had trouble getting refunded. The staff could not/would not give us a refund or charge us the difference for a new room, so we had to pay full price to an upgraded room. The hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes and maple syrup and the room was not clean. The carpet was dirty and the sheets were covered in hair and crumbs. The drain to the bathoom shower was also broken.
