Put a microwave in dining area if someone wants a warmer breakfast

Great staff, well lit parking accommodates a variety of vehicle sizes/ lengths. Nice complimentary breakfast.

The room was a great size for my family of 5. Greatfull they offered roll away beds. The regular beds were also super comfortable.The breakfast in the mornings were great and the warm cookies at night was an extra bonus and my kids loved it. Great location, we were able to walk to a couple restaurants and close to anything else you would need.
The shower head made a weird high pitch noise. Toilet was very low to the ground and not bolted in properly so it would hit the wall everytime you used it. Better quality tissues would also have been nice.

The breakfast was better than the average hotel's free food. The other Best Westerns I have stayed in had walk-in showers, which were very nice. The bed was fine and the linens were good. TV worked well.
The ice machine was not working on our floor. The pillows were lumpy.

I selected the hotel because I am a rewards member w/Best Western and the location was convenient for the purpose of our visit.
The hotel was in a remodel phase. I visited the hoteal approximately 2, maybe 3 years ago, and it was being remodeled then, as well. How much longer will this take!? I was very disappointed when we arrived and saw scaffolding around the building. Our view was obstructed by plastic wrap.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. They let us store our bikes in the conference room. Loved the nightly cookies and the breakfast was great.
Couldn’t open our curtains because the men were working on the siding right outside. Ice wasn’t always available on our floor.

Variety of breakfast items
Indoor pool has VERY limited outside, fresh air access. A rolling garage door opening to the patio area would be great!

Location was great. Close to hwy 12, and lots of eateries. Easy to find. Cleanliness was great.
Street noise. And others on my floor kept slamming their doors and would startl me awake. But it did quiet down after 10pm.
