It is a very quiet place, excellent area, safe, close to bars and restaurants, good service, clean, and very nice room We will stay again soon.

Everything was good, view was construction area but that didn't matter all other things were great. I think maybe improve the breakfast a little, more items if possible.

The location was very centrally located for what I was in Green Bay for: a block away from Lambeau Field for a tour there and a few blocks away from Captial Credit Union Park for a baseball game. Everything else in town is a short drive away. The staff I interacted with were all friendly. Check-in was a breeze. This is an older hotel, but maintained well. The rooms were very comfortable, as were the beds themselves. The shower heated up quickly and I never ran out of hot water. I traveled alone, so there was plenty of towels for me. Shampoo and conditioner pumps were mounted in the shower, and both were stocked enough. Best of all was the cost - this is a very budget-friendly hotel at times (NOTE: *only* when the Packers aren't playing at home. When the Packers have a home game, the price will be much higher, and vacancy will be very low.) Bottom line: I have stayed here in the past and would stay here again in the future.

Most things that I didn't like were generally small, and none would prevent me from staying here again. The shower was a little narrow, in that my feet were riding up the side of the tub walls. One of the (late spring) nights I stayed was a tad chilly, and I couldn't quite get the heater to work. The biggest issue - especially during the warmer months - is that the Stadium View bar across the street has live music outside literally every night during the summer. It's loud and it goes late. The bar also has open patios, so you'll be subject to a lot of noise. Andruzzi's Bar next door also has an outdoor stage and features live music regularly. Highly recommended that you request a room on the opposite side of the hotel if you want a quieter room.

Breakfast was good but they need to serve it later than 9:30.

The room was very small for the price. A room that small should only cost 75-80 per night.

Very convenient location to Lambeau Field and the Resch Center. Motel was clean and neat with fairly good amenities.

Mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking and no elevators to take luggage up to second floor.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Close to stadium, will stay there again next time we are in Green Bay.

The breakfast was nice to have. The location to restaurants was nice as we only had to walk. The staff was helpful and polite.

The door to the room was broken/spotty as the card would work sometimes. thankful the staff was there to be helpful in our situation. Also, the cost was fairly high.
