Rooms very clean. Smelled very nice upon entering. Staff was helpful. Good value for the room.
The configuration of the motel was strange. Its situated on a hill so the back is higher than the front. I asked for a 1st fl room but because of the hill, still had to climb up and then down set of stairs to get to my 1st fl room. I u derstand this is probably not the hotels fault but they could provide an elevator.

It wasn't clean at all. There was an ironing board and no iron. It seemed pretty seedy. Like this is the place you rent by the hour. Hah!

The carpets were dirty, no proper assistance on luggage. Air conditioning not working
It was too far from JFK and I called to ask how far it was. I was unfamiliar to the country and i was told it was a 10 min ride. I ended up paying 2 times the price of the room for the transport

Had to walk upstairs to get to room.. It was smoking room and no ashtray. Had to walk up n down to get ashtray.. There was construction going on, and they started work at 8:30am and woke me up!! Not enough towels for 2

Honestly, I was hesitant. I thought, it’s only 1 night, how bad can it really be? It’s in Manhasset after all. It was wonderful! Sure they should probably rip up the carpet & swap out the drapes but really it was a great stay! The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure, they gave free coffee. East check in, east check out. The poopy 1 star reviews are biased and quite unfair!
The carpet but really…to complain about carpet seems ridiculous.

What breakfast,all they had was coffee and the TV service was horrible, they need the to get rid of direct tv!
This time everything , the room wasn’t good. for Meir wasn’t so clean , the bathroom was small, and the tv didn’t play.

the bed in the room with the jacuzzi tub was hard compared to the beds in a regular room. If I had known the bed was that hard I would have rathered paid for a regular room

First of all they're rude, and these rooms aren't worth more than 60 a night. The guy who checked us in had the nerve to say if we smoked in his dirty rooms he would charge $250 to our card, which is laughable, as smoking in the room might actually be an improvement. First room they gave us the toilet was stopped up. They moved us to a new room quickly, but neither was very clean. Woke up the first morning to the owner banging on the room door next to us like he was the police yelling that it was past checkout. It was about 20 mins after checkout time, and to be fair none of the clocks in the hotel were changed for daylight savings, so the person in the room probably thought they still had time. Overall not a good experience and the beds are uncomfortable and noisy.
