Room was not clean. Guests above our room were noisy from 1:00 am to 4:00am. When I reached out to the front desk staff asking if we could move for our second night I was told when the manager came on site in the morning the guests were removed from the premises because they were fighting which is what caused the noise disturbance.

I am not picky, and normally do not complain, how lucky am I to get to travel. Unfortunately the place was very dirty, the shower had mold in it, so many things. Just not a comfortable place to stay.

asked for handicap accessible. the only things that were was that it was on the first floor and there was one bar in the tub. No bars for the toilet. the breakfast was just continental instead of what was in the picture (hot breakfast with waffles meat and eggs etc). definitely not worth the money I paid for one night.

Nothing went well. They did NOT have a room for us and tried to stick us in a filthy room. The staff were terrible. LAZY and were flirting with construction workers who they gave our room too.

I pretty much like the property. Clean rooms, free parking, good WiFi, solid breakfast (juice, granola, milk, yogurt, fruit, frozen egg sandwich).That frozen egg sandwich should replace for regular bread and eggs and would amazing.

The only minus is that have arround 70 TV programs, but in reality it worked 2 programs, so it is like without TV.

Staff was very unprofessional. They mismanaged airport pickup, leaving us stranded. Made excuses, but didn’t even apologize. Temporary manager (Carla) was very poor at customer relations and made one feel very unappreciated. Will not return under this management.

We were so positively surprised by the cleanliness of rooms and facility in general. The lady at the check in counter was super welcoming, and check in was fast and easy. The room itself was clean and looks like it was recently renovated, all the faucets brand new and the water pressure was perfect. Fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Parked right in front of the room.Also, I got to mention breakfast: my husband and I made several cross-country trips and seldom found a nice and filling breakfast included in the price. Here there were some tasty croissant sausage sandwiches (frozen, but there are several microwave ovens in the breakfast room), crispy juice apples, yogurt, pastries, cereal, 2 types of juice, cocoa and coffee. No tea, but we brought our own teabags. Hot water is provided as well. Our AC acted a little during the night, so we called the frontdesk and got a heater. No noise during the night, idk if thats because of the walls or we just didnt have any neighbors. Check out process was also easy and fast. Overall a great value for the price, and i repeat - we stayed in a lot of different motels, but this one gets to our top list. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Well, the AC wasn't working properly as i mentioned, but front desk solved this issue very quickly.

They LIED about simple things from the time of our arrival we was without TV for 2 days!!! Then they took $95 off my card in the middle of our stay & can't tell me why only that it will be sent back that was LAST WEDNESDAY & I have yet to receive my money back!!! I've called they want answer!!!

Been waiting 3weeks for a refund manager won't call me back but sent email saying 45 out of 65 was refunded but that was 2 weeks ok.. still no call back from her and never there when I call

Lots of noise. People in & out all night. Lots of talking & doors slamming etc. People driving in parking lot with music loud. Carpet looked gross & the couch in the room had stains.
