No water in rooms or even to buy . air was terrible room was hot . machine was out of all Drinks but Pibb . We asked for fan said no we asked for water he said store down street Just felt for 176 a night it wasn’t up to price. And no king beds at all in hotel double beds in all rooms, and no make up wipes but if you get make up on a towel they make you buy a new one . Elevator took about 5 minutes to move two floors . Just felt run poorly for being brand new , couldn’t even make coffee in morning since we would have to use hotel water. . I normally don’t do this but I feel it was needed for how terrible our stay was , woke up 5 am and drove home so we could get sleep that’s how uncomfortable beds were . Sorry I had to do this

Friendly staff

There was an incident of domestic/physical abuse from other people staying at the hotel. I was woken up at 2 am by the victim's desperate cry for help. The police was called and 3 vehicles showed up. I didn't feel safe staying there at all and couldn't sleep. This incident really messed up my stay and feel a lot more could have been done to prevent these types of incidents and ensure our safety.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Looking forward to my next stay.
