The location was central to the airport.
The facilities were not great, breakfast service was not good at all, there were many issues with checking in and staff were hard to locate.

Location was what I was looking for.
The cleanness was far from up to par we had 1 towel for 3 people and they said they didn't have any clean. The smell of marijuana was so strong. Kids always up and down the halls. Unsupervised and no one said anything to them. Key cards stopped working daily. And had to have them reset. The Ants as in bugs were awful we had to ask for Ant spray. We definitely won't stay there again

The front desk clerk was nice. The guy who set up breakfast was on top of it.

You don't need to add chlorine to the pool every single day. My eyes started burning within minutes just from standing in the pool area. There is very weak ventilation in there as well. The water was so cloudy and chemical smelling. With oil-like streaks floating on the top. I read the reviews and it wasn't that bad. Just reeeaally poor maintenance in my opinion

Retrain your current ones or replace them.
All these complaints can be fixed by hiring people who knows what they're doing.

Location was good...Restaurants close by
Immediately smelled cat litter when I walked into my room and the smell stayed the entire stay. The TV was the size of my laptop, the bathroom was very scary with different towels and rags, baseboards in the bathroom were damaged and paint on the ground. If there were any other rooms within my location I would have left and checked in somewhere else. The hotel in general was very dirty and creepy.

there was a $200 security deposit I didn’t know about till I got to the hotel. nowhere on the website or booking did they say that was required. their computers were down so I had to check in later and they were down when I went to check out so I couldn’t get a receipt. they also gave me a room that was already occupied so I had to go back and tell them that so they could give me a different room. also my room had stains on the floor, no alarm clock, stains on the walls. A poor place to stay and poorly ran

There was nothing to like.
The rooms were disgusting and had dark brown spots that appear like blood. The carpet was not sanitary that prompted fear to take socks and shoes off.
Requested towels and never received. There was no remote in the room. We had to go down to the desk to receive, as the representative advised on the phone that she was the only person there.
The lack of professionalism was unacceptable. Horrible customer service. The towels was that of a newborn towels and did not look clean.

The room we were put in way dirty and the whole hotel smelled awful. The floors were dirty as well. We didn’t end up staying we went to other hotel.

Location is close to where I needed to work. Bed was comfortable

The carpeted floors were filthy in the lobby, hall way, and room. I didn’t take off my socks because of it.

Rude Staff, breakfast was never replenished, hallways smelled of weed, front desk was notified and he said it’s all the time. Very dirty and out dated.

Had a problem with the TV channels wasn’t able to watch my team football had to go somewhere else. Very disappointing about that. There was nothing front desk to do about it other than that everything was OK.

We were in Columbus for a concert, and the distance between hotel and the arena was fantastic. Also the hotel was right off the thruway, so it was super easy access. The front desk staff was decent.
The hotel needs a lot of updating. They didn't refresh toilet paper and tissues, so we had to go down to desk and ask for more. The bath towels were a little bigger than a hand towel, very thin and dingy. The toilet seat wasn't clean, and I'll just leave it at that. The bathroom floor was dirty like it was cleaned, but then someone walked all through it with dirty shoes. I went for a cup of coffee before we left, and the area was filthy as though it's not been cleaned for quite some time.

Location is fine
Breakfast area not cleaned and Breakfast was terrible. Visible dust everywhere on the surfaces of the furniture. Had to go out and purchase my own wash clothes and towels just to shower because they were all out and was told they would bring them once they are washed & dried never happened despite me complaining about it on their system text.

The location
Upon arrival, we were not greeted. The staff was having a whole conversation about her personal life and did not engage with us. The room we were in had a strong odor. The a/c was not properly working, and the beds were hard. The breakfast was a disappointment. I expect more from a choice hotel and especially for the rate we paid per night. We will not be staying here in the future.

Fake nails in the carpet that did not belong to us. Watching of the staff at the continental breakfast blow in to the waffle maker.

O my complaint is the computer system, was taking long for computer to load but other than that everything good.

It includes breakfast, which is typical. The room itself is spacious.
No staff was available when I arrived. The facility was quite old and dirty. The furniture was old and dirty. The floor carpet needs to be replaced. The bedding was a bit wet.

Bathroom needs updates. Plastic surround in the tub was patched and looked terrible. Door wouldn’t shut on the bathroom either

It took 45 mins to get checked in. We had two rooms. One was clean the other was not. The manager upgraded our room while we went out to dinner. She gave us the keys before we left and said it would be clean when we got back. When I tried to enter the room the key would not work and there was someone else in our room. I understand this is not the managers fault as she had the front desk person MIA for over two hours and the manager had to come in from home to work. I also heard while in line to complain about someone in our room that they had cancelled a guy’s reservation after he had already paid for it.

Hotel ran out of breakfast daily, less than an hour after breakfast began. Hotel staff was never stationed at the desk. No towels in our room & when we asked for more they told us to come down and get them. Keys constantly malfunctioned. Staff was so rude! Room was dirty, urine all around the toilet base, pubic hair scatter around the floor! Would not recommend!

I would rate the room if I would've gotten a room and not have it canceled because they were overbooked when I showed up. Also was told it was my fault for using booking.com to book my room and that was why they could not make accommodations. Still waiting on my refund after 4 days for the cancelation fee. Had to spend an additional 200$ to stay somewhere else that night. All the front desk clerks have the same first name to avoid being harassed I think. After calling corporate they said it's not policy for them to cancel rooms and not make other accommodations. Also was told they were not updating their rooms properly for availability. Beware when u book here. They told me they book over 20% in case of cancelations. Which I feel like most hotels do but it was the fair weekend I guess and we were just passing through.

Breakfast was great! Tracy at the front desk was amazing! Everyone needs a Tracy. I’m not sure she ever left? Hard worker.
One elevator, not very clean, specially floors. Small refrigerator.
