Didn't like the staff the female worker was rude and disrespectful after I booked my room with the amount of ppl she tried to keep my deposit basically stealing from me and yelling and being so rude

There was no breakfast even though the website said there would be. Convienent location. It was not as bad as anticipated.

I think that breakfast could have been more clear whether it was available or not. Online said there would be but there wasnt any. Also had a weird smell

I liked the convenience of the location

It's supposedly an extended stay yet it didn't have the usual amenities of an extended stay like a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Instead it had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Another issue I had was with the cleaning. A lot of times if you pay for a room on a weekly basis your room gets cleaned only twice per week. If I'm not mistaken I think they said their cleaning days were Tuesday and Friday. I checked in on a Thursday night so if course they weren't gonna clean my room the next day since I just got in. I was there 4 nights without my room being cleaned and had to make a complaint to whom I assumed was the manager to have it cleaned so they cleaned it on Monday. I don't know why extended stays have this policy of not cleaning your room more than twice per week when if the room were occupied by different individuals each day it would have to be cleaned. That needs to be changed.
