The only positives were the view from our room and the staff being friendly, when we found one of them. The staff did the bare minimum, we never saw a maid in 3 nightsand we left a day early. The pop machine ate 2.25 and there was no staff to tell as they said earlier the office was "closed" after 4. I am still bot sure how there were 2 staff there when we checked in after 4 if thwy were closed. Stay at the Holiday Inn down the road!

It was BERY dated, the pool and hot tub were supposed to be open but were in need of many repairs before water could be added. The breakfast was nowhere close to what ANY breakfast should be for what we paid.

Breakfast could be better, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bugs outside were a bit much. Seems like there's a way to kill them or keep them off grass. We couldn't even enjoy our balcony.

this place needs to be updated . breakfast was ok . did not clean the rooms stayed for three days the said because of covid that an excuse cause other places we stayed cleaned the rooms . not hot tub covid again . another excuse something smelled in the room not sure what though . I have stayed in a lot of days inn and this one is one of the worst ones yet . prolly going to switch to a different hotel stay next time .

Booked it for a one night stay. I was not expecting much to begin with hotel but this was a new low. Room smells like it was never cleaned. The TV has only 4 channels and the room had 2 ikea lamps on different ends. The beds were bouncy and unstable. The breakfast is very basic (bread, muffins, etc from dollar tree like) and the time is 7.30 to 9. If it rains you get wet going to breakfast. Here is the most important bit for the hotel staff if they read reviews: I came in last minute to the breakfast room, and I was looking to get something. The staff just came and started wrapping and taking everything 🙄 😒 I have never seen this before. Usually the staff will say something like hey grab what you need and I can wait for a bit but I had to ask her if I could grab before she took everything away. I believe the guests deserve better than this.

Room smelled a little odd

We slept in so we never did get a chance to have breakfast at the hotel. This hotel is the most wonderful most clean friendly hotel that we have ever found in all of our travels. We will definitely return!

We have absolutely no complaint of any kind everything was too perfect to complain about.

Nice view of the lake. Courteous staff. Location. Bed was comfortable.

The location is great, just outside the busy area of St. Ignace. I prefer the lower, back unit to the units that sit up on the main road. Night view of the lake was spectacular.

Rooms are dated, bed was uncomfortable and the seasonal bugs were a nuisance but not the hotels fault.

Loved the beach and the pool and hot tub. Also rooms go right through to lakefront balcony or patio. Perfect for me and my family.

This place is not for everyone. There are repairs needed, so if you are fussy this is not for you.

The view was excellent, from the balcony we could see Mackinaw Island and really nice sunsets over the beach.

the staff in the office was pretty rude. The room was clean but the toilets didn't work we had to keep taking the back of the toilet off to get it to work. The tv stations were very limited and we didn't know that the tv had to switch inputs in order to get what we did. we went for hours where we couldldnt get any tv. when we called the desk they just said it does that sometimes. and the room smelled very musty.

they put us right below what looked like three younger people who were loan and obnoxious till 2 am. we would have called but since there were no other people around us, we felt they would know who called. I guess that is on us but we didn’t want to wake up to trouble.
