Staff very nice and friendly and helpful

Rooms not getting cleaned daily and smell in the room

Customer service, early check in request 11:00 was not followed up by hotel. Also, I sat from 3:02 PM til 4:15 PM because room was not ready. However, I sat and watched 4 people check-in while I was waiting. These were without reservation to same type of room as my reservation and they were checked in right away. Then I was told 30 min before my room would be ready and it took over an hour. None of the staff showed and concern regarding the issue and was not apologetic for the miscommunication they were having that day. It was hot and unadvised early over the phone that I needed and would be checking in early. Not only was my room never cleaned prior to the normal 3:00 checkin, I had to wait over another hour. Don't understand how it went from early checkin to being checked in well past my arrival and over hour and a half after the normal check in time with hotel having full staff on that day.

I liked that the staff was friendly. They got us in fast. The staff was great.

The bed I stayed in needs to be replaced it was at an angle.

The breakfast, the hotel says it is a buffet but there was just one option of breakfast.

Needs carpet to be replaced and some updating

Staff was some times rude, the chair in my room was broken, they didn’t inform about the cleaning policy, last time I am going back.

Breakfast was pretty good. A little more variety would be nice. (ex. bacon or sausage)

Wifi code did not work. Other than that everything else was fine.
