This is more transite types for extended stays, families etc...teen had a gun on him in the main office...meth looking couple were holding up the line as their debit card wasn't working...not a safe place if you have children...was just a place for us to stay overnight for a concert..but will pay the extra to stay at the Marriott 2 blocks over

Absolutely nothing. We went in the room where the sheets were dirty, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom, and a dirty washcloth in the kitchen. The heater was left on high and the TV was still on. We didn't stay. We went to another motel and then they wouldn't give us a refund.

Non-smoking room requested twice, both times we have returned home smelling like smoke. Matresses need to be replaced and ventilation system cleaned.

The kitchenette was nice and tons of storage space

The sheets were dirty on the bed and extremely wrinkled indicating they had not been changed. There was change on the pantry shelf indicting again, room had not been cleaned after previous guest. We left and when we came back, our key didn't work and we found the casing for a syringe by the TV. It took hours for the room to heat up and the hot water never really got fully hot, but thankfully we had water!

I loved the staff. Candace was AMAZING.

It wasn't the cleanest. Stains on the walls, weird metal object under the bed, and didn't come with a sofa bed like the description said.

Good location

Some of the lights and electrical outlets didn't work. A few outlets need new cover plates. One of the outlets was so loose that my phone charger kept falling out. There *may* have been mold in the bathroom. My refrigerator door was spotted with some kind of orange substance. The room also didn't smell very good.

The staff was really friendly and kind and the location was amazing close to ALOT of department stores and restaurants.

Everything was good until we saw cockroaches crawling on the door and on our table tops. It wasn’t just one but a lot of them.

The location was the best part. Lots of things walking distance like food options but I had to Uber/drive to get anywhere else.

The cleanliness was disgusting aside from the room itself which was not bad until i discover my visitors sharing my room. There were bugs in the refrigerator and bathroom. There was little to no toilet paper for 2 days. I had to resort to buying my own supplies but I did get 1 bar hand soap 1 bar face soap and 2 shampoo for my 5 days stay. I took some from the housekeeping cart to get me by since no one would help. The "manager" gave me a single roll of toilet paper my entire stay. And I had to ask. Twice. The breakfast was instant oatmeal packets and coffee. Zero fruit. Zero "muffins" Single granola bar. Individual wrapped. I will say that the AC was great. 👍
