The ONLY like was the location. It was very convenient for my work needs....THAT'S IT!!
Upon arrival, they did not have the room I originally booked with Booking.com (2 queen beds/ NON-Smoking) They only had SMOKING. They were willing to change the room to King bed/ non-smoking which meant that I had to sleep with my co-worker. The place was filthy! Mold growing in shower, paint peeling off the wall, dirty vents, blown-out lights, NO INTERNET SERVICE (which I needed for work) and the window was cracked all the way across and was taped together. The place was not feasible, I would not stay my second night. Owner/Manager was not available to speak to, front-desk clerk only kept apologizing "Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay."

We drove up and saw people sitting outside of rooms and lots of other rooms with the door open and thought there was no air conditioning. We didn't even go in. The hotel gave off a bad vibe. Now I know why the price was so cheap and had rooms available while all the other hotels in the area were booked. Never again. How do I get a refund?

Absolutely nothing bugs in room place is like a crack shack that does the bare minimum if anything at all
A lot the bathroom was absolutely disgusting shower was absolutely disgusting not cleaned at all

Our go to place when visiting friends in Grantville! !
Remote on TV didn't have a "sleep tjmer" a minor inconvenience!

Bed was fine and comfortable.
Your idea of breakfast is an insult. There was no food showing in the lobby. The worker said you only serve pancakes. Really????? No muffins or toast options? You have carried the covid scare on long enough. We are past it. I will have to remember to bring my own breakfast the next time.

Rooms were very clean. Had smoking rooms
Not enough coffee and sugar and creamers in rooms. By 8 in the morning there was nothing left for breakfast

We arrived Friday at 3 to find a person in what looked like a paint suit emptying a container of dust going everywhere. ALL DAY Sat LOUD construction going on in the room right above us. We just wanted to relax and go nowhere. There were many other empty rooms. WHY would you put us in that one? No apology at checkout or explanation.
That I had to pay for a room right below a room that was under heavy construction, when the hotel was basically empty.

We were only there for a night only used the room to sleep. It was clean the water was nice and hot.
Bathroom was very small with no mirror.

The laminate floors were nice and clean
The morning coffee was horrible and the light breakfast didn't even include bread.

No frills but clean with friendly staff. Great location for regional sight seeing.
Could use a little updating but it was maintained. It's a Days Inn, not the Ritz.

Room was very clean. Despite being a pet room there was no smell. Very comfortable beds. Good location.

When checkout isn't until 11am- Don't have housekeeping start asking my friends if my room has checked out yet. Housekeeping can start checking if the room is vacated after 11am. Also crickets and cockroaches in room.
