La receptionniste nous a fait décoller à 5H30 du matin en se trompant sur le sens du décalage horaire avec l'etat voisin. Du coup nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit dejeuner payé ...

Beautiful property, great location. Very lovely comfortable, quiet room. Felt very safe. Every room amenity was perfect, everything worked, although I couldn’t figure out what to do with all the decorative bed pillows. Great lizard t shirts in the gift shop, regret not buying one. That petrified log of wood, sweet smelling blooms, charming grounds. Best oatmeal I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast, thank you!

Nothing major. The room lighting, ie bedside light controls were across the room. Restaurant was closed. The gift shop would be improved with more genuine Native American goods, especially with so many foreign travellers staying at the property. The random “just because we can” resort fee, which I thought was included in my booking.com rate, but apparently not. The tacky, mostly destroyed plastic topiary detracted from the otherwise beautiful and well-maintained grounds.

Sehr modern und komfortabel. Schöne Zimmer, tolles Hallenbad, chillige Außenberriche, gutem Restaurant und nettem Service.

Nahe am Monuments of Valley gelegen.

Jeder kann ins Zimmer schauen. Zimmer dreckig und überhaupt nocht den Bildern entsprechend. Sehr unfreundliche Receptionistin.

The hotel looks very unassuming from the road. Our room is in the back part of the old hotel and it was spacious with tall ceiling and beautifully furnished. My husband loves the bed.

They have piles of pillows that look great as a decor but really useless and we have to throw them down on the floor but the real pillows are really hard to sleep on.

Les cottages privatifs sont superbes et donnent l’impression d’avoir sa propre petite maison. L’hôtel est très bien équipé, et à beaucoup de charme. La piscine/spa est la cerise sur le gâteau.

S’il fallait donner un bémol, le buffet du petit dej est assez restreint mais les gaufres à faire soi même sont bonnes

El desayuno era bastante pobre. No tenía por ejemplo café descafeinado ni frutas.

Tolles Hotel, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Große saubere Zimmer. Schöner Innenpool. Continental Frühstück mit richtigen Besteck und Porzellan.

The location of course, but the rooms and the pool. A motel with a difference. Excellent parking and although the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed, they gave a great recommendation just down the road.

The new building behind the “standard” rooms is really amazing. Great swimming pool, gym and in and outside enough places to relax. Good to know, the hotel provides breakfast (American).

In the rooms at the front of the resort the WiFi didn’t work. Staff is aware and is working on a solution, so probably solved for the next guests arrive.

Wonderful place to be! It was super clean and friendly staff. You can tell time was taken to ensure proper lighting and decor to make the space feel warm and inviting. I loved our room!

No breakfast option, no dinner available at Dukes Sat or Sun on Memorial Day weekend. Bluff has limited food options available and for affordable luxury....food is a must. I was disappointed to not even be notified beforehand. Our booking was a week before our stay.

Nice log cottage, beautiful lamps & mirror, comfortable bed, nice toiletries

Instead of the beautiful bedspread pictured in the photos there was a dreary granny quilt (sounds trivial but it made a big difference in the decor). Also no microwave in room. No place to eat or drink on site. Close to road but quiet at night.
