I paid for a room that was not available to me. I would like a refund or be compensated for another room as soon as possible.
I arrived to the hotel after being charged through Booking and there were no rooms available.

The receptionist was nice. She was friendly & professional.
I usually see the bright side of things, but where do I begin of how bad this was??? 1. The room that I booked smelled like urine....she gave us another room, thank goodness! 2. The 3 pillows were poor quality & too way small (like child pillows) 3. The hallways were dirty 4. The kitchen faucet dripped 5. The 'breakfast'...had 4 ants in the cup for tea. 6. The building badly needed TLC (painting, new furniture, etc...) 6. I asked the receptionist for more pillows, offered to pay, she said she couldn't do it.

Heavy marijuana smell on floor we were staying on..yet posted no smoking in hotel.

The property was clean and calm. I was able to rest before going back to work in the morning.

I left my earphone in the room on the Friday March 3rd. I called the receptionist to go check in the room and keep the earphone for me. When I returned to the hotel Sunday, March 5th, the lady I talked to was rude and my earphone was nowhere to be found.

One of the male staff members were very helpful to me when I noticed the first issue with my room. I was also happy that my room had a recliner.
I called ahead to see if my room
was ready before o went to the grocery store….wanted to make sure I had access to my rooms fridge before shopping. Female desk person was very rude on the phone. She was also rude when I arrived.
My room had not been cleaned well. The trash from the previous guest was still in the bathroom. It appears that they may have been sick, according to the trash that was in the can. There was hair on the bathroom counter….not mine. Had to ask for a hair dryer…..was told if they could find one….I’d get it.
Kitchen area had been stripped of all items. Not even a spoon. Kitchen trash can was full. Lots of old food items….smelled bad.
Furniture was old and all of it showed signs of wear. Phone did not work, and neither did one of the lamps.
When I stopped at the desk to check out and return my keys..I had 2 room, another female desk attendant just took them from me, looked at the computer, and said…”Your Done”
Yes I am….with this hotel. Didn’t ask about my stay, didn’t say thank you or have a nice day either . She said that “I’m done”..then she turned around and walked away..leaving me standing there angry at the poor customer service.

Calling it a breakfast is a stretch. Muffins and granola bars.
Was awaken in night by noise coming from adjoining room.

I liked the fact that there was a kitchen area
The bathroom shower was peeling and the walls were damaged. Although the room was clean enough it felt old and unkempt
