Definitely the beds were super comfortable, and the staff really nice
First they didn’t had enough pillows and the faucet in the bathroom was liking and got touch up but still was leaking g water a little bit. Some noise out of the hall way people screaming and making noise and the parking too allot of people don’t know how to park at front some of the guess we’re rude.

Great customer service from the lady that checked us in.
Hotel smells really bad and the room was not clean, towels had stains they looked dirty.

I had a reservation and they turned us away when we were done drinking and had ubered to the property. They left us basically with no where to sleep. We then had to Uber home another 45 minutes to get home.

The staff was very nice and somewhat clean.
Hotel is run down. Need much updating and amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The bathroom/showers is very old and dingy. The sink faucet need updateing as well. Faucet splashes so much water where towels are constantly being use to keep sink area dry. Hallway is very dark. The area didn't feel safe and wasn't comfortable with surroundings. Price per night was very expensive for what was offered.

Too far from Old Town and "Wine Country". Dingy, overpriced and looked like a housing voucher site. Istg, there were people living in abandoned cars in the parking lot. Should rename this dump "Wine-o Country". We left after less than an hour.

The convenience of extending my stay. Loved it, so welcoming each time. Had I known about the service I would have taken off work and stayed up to a week.

There was a issue with the TV, but Staff was quick to respond. No one had to ask for a compliment. They offered to help correct the hospitality. Great!
The meal advertisement, there wasn't a meal available. Please notify in advertisement, "there are no continental or breakfast available."
What is offered is breakfast snacks and hot cups of variety instant drinks. Plus hotel's near fast foods and Denny's...

The service exceptional, available at late night. We were in town for a gathering of nations. The trip was amazing and comforting because I had just come out of the hospital.
Resolved ... Would have liked a Continental breakfast with waffles.

Staff was amazing The room was clean and tidy
There's no kitchen equipment in the actual room... not even basics. I got the impression you could rent it but yeah we just made do with what we brought. There were times when the hallway was a little loud but nothing unbearable

The cost of the hotel was reasonable.
Didn't have creamer when we asked. Shower had other people's hair on the curtain and stuck to wall. Bed was indented like someone that was really big had broken it down.

Dog owners don't know how to control their dogs this was a dog free hotel and I wish I would have known before a dog broke the lease and came after me as soon as we got out the car
