People smoking pot and sheets were stained and no ice machine on floors also flat pillows and thin blankets. Picture on website looks nothing like when you get there they couldn't give me a regular room so I had to stay in a handicap room.

it was very close to the venue that we needed to attend

The condition of the room was deplorable. The bathroom had black mold on the walls and all around the tub. The room itself had such crumbs and other debris on every surface. The floor and carpet need to be replaced as cleaning would not be sufficient. The staff were argumentative. at least 1/3 of the property is being used for permanent stay housing. we were a party of four, and were only given two towels for the room. When I requested two more I was told no and I would only be given them in exchange for used towels that we already had. staff are clearly not accustomed to routine visitors and are more interested in theft prevention than customer satisfaction.

The Bathroom wasn't clean, trash and visibly dirty bathtub

same as above and the noise from a nother guest during the late hours. Loud music from their car after midnight.

When we asked the staff to spray our room because of the musty smell, they did so immediately and offered to let us change rooms if we were not satisfied.,

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. One of the beds was lumpy and very uncomfortable. And even though there was a refrigerator, there wasn't a microwave. It was an economy room, but boy, was it stripped of comfort and conveniences!

Clean room, friendly staff, large parking lot with free parking. Plenty of towels which is hard to find in hotel rooms anymore lol.

The location was perfect for us. It was also an easy off and on from the highway.

There were no working vending machines. The washer was labeled use at your own risk. There was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker . This was inconvenient because there were no restaurants within walking distance. We had no maid service the 4 days we were there. Trash was getting full from all the drink cups we went through.

Management contacted me quickly and took $30 off my bill for the 2 night stay.

The room that I stayed in was roach infested. Roaches were in the microwave, the refrigerator, and the room itself.

Hotel guest being loud and playing loud music after 11pm .. vending machines not working.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The room was great for the price!!!

The room wasn't as clean as I'd expect however I bring my own cleaning supplies so I just cleaned the bathroom myself!!!
