Location and Price. It is situated in a good area, very close to the hospitals and plenty of restaurants and other stores. The price is very cheap, but no excuse for the lack of standards.

This place is gross. It is situated in a prime location, but is so poorly managed and maintained. The bed in my room had body fluid stains and body hair on it. It was clear the sheets had not been changed but rather just the bed made. There are bugs. I personally killed two cockroaches and a wolf spider. The room had a musty smell, could be mold. My room was near the stairwell and I overheard others talking about bugs. The floor was filthy. I was locked out of my room the second night, attempted to contact someone for help but received none. When I discussed this with the staff the next morning, they had a "not my fault" attitude and told me I should contact their corporate office. They also took a photograph of my drivers' license and credit card, despite having a chip-card reader for incidentals - this is a MAJOR ID theft red flag and highly unsecure. The staff also would not explain to me why this was necessary.

Bare bones accommodation. Room smelled like a previous smoking room. No coffee pot in the room and no hair dryer available.

Beautiful riim, cleanliness and comfortable. Check in staff was awesome

Elevator was not working on third floor. Dollies not available convienently. Was on third floor when asked for first floor room. They did not check to see i had dogs.
