Guy at front desk helped me out when I didn’t have a reservation

location was fine.
Disappointed in room. Uncomfortable bed, 1 bedside table instead of 2, no plates, glasses etc., couldn't get 1st floor even though requested at booking.

There's good things nearby for food ect.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable, extremely firm like sleeping on the floor. There were ants in the room. I asked for cookware to make a meal and was told they didn't have anymore. No extra pillows. The internet was unusable from my room. Signal was to poor. Room was dusty/dirty. I would not recommend this hotel, nor return for a future stay.

My trip was not in their system. Staff seemed like they didn’t like dealing with booking.com since they refused to call or get anyone else to help. was booked and confirmed with confirmation and PIN number. Had to book another room which took quite a bit of time because of availability. Ended up at motel 6 which was the only hotel available.

Rate was same on online reservation. I liked the "after hours" checkin
I had to go back to the front desk to exchange rooms. Original room was dirty. Elevators would assist.

Safe Neighborhood & easily accessible to restaurants.
Empty kitchen without any utensils, Not even Coffee Maker & Glasses to drink water. No Hair Dryer, Just a Small Soap Bar & Shampoo in the bathroom. Coffee Mugs & Water Glasses sent to room after 3 hours & asking twice. But still no Coffee Machine because they didn't have any cleaned machine & suggested to have coffee in the morning when breakfast (Grab & Go) is available.😌

Felt very unsafe in the area
The breakfast was going to be in the "lobby" that was the size of a closet. We checked in and didn't end up staying at the hotel because we were uncomfortable with the amount of people walking around outside.

Your site advertised pet friendly. Upon arrival there were no pet rooms, no linen on the bed and the floor was not clean. I contacted the front desk and was handed a bag of linen, what, I’m supposed to make my own bed upon check in? Very unprofessional, we turned in our key and left.

Ease of booking
The bed had bedbugs, there were leftover food items in the fridge from the last stay, and there were patched over holes in the walls. I didn't feel too safe.

Couldn’t pay my bill because ast. Mgr. could not get in to computer. Ass. Mgr is not good for business.

The front desk girl was very unpleasant and not friendly. I sat in the lobby while she talked on the phone in the back until I called the front desk and she finally came up. She was also rude when I asked for linen and plates to be brought to my room. The beds were super uncomfortable and carpet looked like it needed to be replaced. It was definitely overpriced!
