Clean but in need of update snd repair.

Asked numerous times for coffee and coffee maker with no response. stayed only 1 night due to dog barking non stop and no one in room so staff did nothing. could not move us to another room. Checked out 10pm and went to hotel next door. much nicer accommodations and no barking dogs.

Did not partake as it was very bland and basic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful except for one lady who checked me in. There was confusion with the room assigned to me…one queen instead of two….and she immediately took a negative, condescending tone. She stated they did not switch my reservation, of which I had not even mentioned, and that either I take it or leave it. All while backing up and pacing as if she was agitated. I had simply inquired and showed frustration at the situation, not at her or the facility. She could have been empathetic instead of negative. She did this in front of a coworker and a family also checking in. The looks and body language of the others supported my interpretation of the staff members overly negative reaction. We stayed the night as it was college weekend and all hotels were booked solid, but under other circumstances I would have left.

Close to highway. Easy to get to our destinations.

Price was not equal to the accommodations. Way too high

Price far to high for such a aged stay. Building old and noisy old fridge killing your sleep. Thanks God no carpet which easier to be cleaned Bathroom ok but you see also the age

The location was good and room was okay.

The bed was too close to the wall leaving little space to get out comfortably. The breakfast choices were meager and we didn’t part take in eating at the hotel. There was no orange juice or nice eating area. Not sure why you bother to offer breakfast.

Staff were nice

Breakfast, cleanliness of hotel and room, items in the room were broken (closet, table). Refrigerator and cabinets were shabby, carpet was not cleaned properly and therefore I was struggling to breathe and it triggered allergies, we ended up canceling the next three nights stay and finding another hotel for the rest of the stay.
