Location.
Carpets were stained. Toilet didn't drain. Sink was broken. Sidewalks and stairs were very dirty. Outside garbage cans were overflowing.

Absolutely nothing.
It was not clean, pull out couch was broken, the room smelled terrible. I also found bugs in the bathroom and a filthy shower curtain.

The 🛁 was clogged there was no trashcans hard wood floors are better.

the location was ok
the room we booked was not available so we we placed into a room that was slowly flooded throughout the evening

The room was not clean as it could be under the bed
The sink bathroom was not working the water fill up
The carpet was not clean it was some smell when we came in the room.

Everything! Looks like something off of east Colfax honestly. Then you refund me and tell me after the fact that it'll be a week for me to get my money back. Wouldn't change locations to simplify the situation. Absolutely absurd, smh..

Had to get our own towels and wait all day for new ones and then pick them up booked a king bed a week before and never got a call to say they didn't have one but I already booked it they should have text me call me or email me

Definitely value received. For the quality of the accommodations compared to the price... There is nothing around to compare it to.
The breakfast really could use a little more attention. It's a couple if granola bars, muffins that always taste stale and oatmeal packets that can't be replenished one they run out in the morning. It's something but it's kinda sad.

The hotel was old, linen was stained or dirty...or both! The window was wide open when I pulled to my room....held together with black electrical tape. All I could think about was me being the next episode on Dateline on the ID Channel! I just left at 9 pm. Horrible location!

The door locks to my room kept freeze making it difficult to get into my room

I liked that it had a kitchen area and a bigger fridge than just the little ones that you usually get in a hotel room.
We stayed for 5 night and the cost for those nights was very reasonable.
It smelled like smoke in our room and it was a no smoking facility. After we left we could still smell smoke on our belongings.

The room smelled of cigarettes, despite being non-smoking.
The walls were stained, or dirty.
The bath and shower appeared old and dingy, with rust around the drain and on the shower curtain rod.

It was a holiday weekend. A little pricey for me. But I am cheap. But very nice desk clerk, nice room. Very satisfied 😊

No USB ports. No coffee, no breakfast, carpets were dirty. Not going to spend another $100 there... ever
