Todo, cucarachas en el baño, mal servicio, el cuarto mal olor, no tenía control remoto la TV, se molestaban cuando le pregunté, o internet.

What went well was that it was close to the airport for an early flight and was close enough to restaurants and a neighborhood. It was why I chose this one and in that way it was not disappointing. ALSO Denise and one other front desk staff I interacted with were FRIENDLY and helpful.

OMG. So first I was given the keys to two different FILTHY rooms. I later learned that the housekeeping staff for that floor did not work that day. We were over the barrel as it was graduation weekend in Philly and I had booked this room three months in advance. The lady at the desk was able to give me a room without the two beds I had reserved that was at least clean. She was nice--wasn't her fault and said she could move us the next day as I was there for 3 nights. Also, some of the facility could be updated. Like the kitchen counters ...this location also charges for parking. A lot. They say there is free street parking but you would not be able to see your car AT ALL.

Upon arrival staff was not attentive to guest arrival. The music was loud and inappropriate. The hotel was not clean. Elevator was dirty. Room was not clean the refrigerator was rusty on the outside the kitchen looked like it was not cleaned. I found items on the floor by the bed. And staff attempted to enter the room way before check out only knocking once then tried to enter the room.and you charge for parking and the lot wasn’t secure and clearly it was cars there that appeared to be abandoned. Very disappointing.

The location was good and safe.

No ice maker and the place it's alot of fixing I would say and no pans to cook with. Just not my type of Hotel.and know real breakfast served

I left without staying more than 20 minutes because the stove had been used heavily to fry foods and everything smelled of cooking oil. And whatever efforts that may have been made to clean the room were completely insufficient.

They had no room- the extended stay across the Street was not helping.
