The rooms were clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice.

The AC is a little old and noisy. The area was a little sketchy.

The location is easy to reach from the expressway (I-20). But it is a noisy location because of that. This was once something else that recently became a Motel 6. As such, it was totally refurbished which was nice. There were some small issues with some of the equipment in the room (the fridge wasn't stable because a foot fell off and same for the bed platform), the electrical outlets were not well thought out for equipment many people must travel with these days like chargers and CPAP machines. While there was coffee in the room, there was none in the office in the AM and no extras in the office because only the cleaning staff has them. That would be easy to rectify...... When I asked for a first floor room, they found me one, much appreciated. When we ended up leaving some medicine in the room, the staff called and let us know as soon as they found it which was also appreciated.

There was only one light in the entire room, save for those in the bathroom. No wall sconces or lights near the bed. So it was all or nothing. Thankfully the switch for that one light was reachable from the bed. And frankly, too many mirrors. Not sure who thought that was a good idea.

The location was great. Ms Donna was very nice and sweet. The pictures match the room. The air conditioning needs a lil work but overall it was a great stay. I’ll stay again.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The staff was nice and acomodating. So the staff gets an "A". The location is close to the University of AL. The room was updated and clean.

We did not care for the beds. The noise from the road was extremely loud which made it difficult to sleep.

It needs bedside lighting for reading and a few more hooks to hang up towels and clothes.

booked a 2 bed room and was only given a one bed room. we arrived late and with sleeping kids, that was difficult. After checking with the front desk, we were given an additional room so that my Husband could sleep in one room with one of our children and I had to sleep in the original room with our other child.

I liked the service from the employees and they helped me get the amenities I needed.

There was no fridge and the shower was low and would wet the floor anytime a shower was taken. The AC and heat wasn't working properly either and it was too hot.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. They allowed pets and overall the property was relatively quiet on the backside. Check in was easy.

The area under bed was't clean (found a used straw when I bent down to plug something in). Very few outlets in room. No bedside lamps. No amenities like in-room coffee.

very cute! Very clean. Very new feel. The boutique style environment was nicely put together and the colors and bright lighting was lovely. The room was spacious and the bathroom was as well. Great for picture takers!
