The staff said they would give me a partial refund and I haven't received anything. It's been over a week now.

Horrible

Nothing. The breakfast was some dried up mini cinnamon rolls, frosted flakes and raisin bran that looked like they were from the beginning of time, dirty tasting lukewarm "coffee", apples that had rotten holes in them and what was labeled as and looked like orange juice and apple juice but tasted bitter and not even similar to juice. The room was smaller than expected, the coffee maker didn't work, we couldn't hear the tv at full volume. The air conditioner didn't work well enough to cool the small room probably because the filters were completely caked with filth as well as the outside of the intake vent and the output vents. We were unable to sleep the entire night because of the discomfort from the hot stuffy room. We did not get our deposit back as we were lead to believe we would and considering the complete dissatisfaction and unbelievable discomfort we regretfully paid for, refunding the $50 deposit would have been the least they could do to compensate.

So many things need to be assessed and taken care of immediately (i.e.cleaned, repaired, replaced).

Better bed spreads had holes in them, flies in the room whole time we were there, was put in smoking section when asked for non smoking, floors were dirty carpet needs cleaning, room phone didn't work, microwave was dirty had to clean before using, room had strong odor of smoke went bought air refreshers. Parking space taken by another guest staff said nothing can be done said it was free parking.

The breakfast is total garbage, just tiny rolls and crap coffee.

I asked for non-smoking room and didn’t even have to step into the room before the amount of smoke smell hit my face as soon as I opened the door. I immediately asked for a refund and found another hotel.

I had two other couples of friends books rooms the same weekend and one of their rooms were so bad that they didn’t even stay . The other room was satisfactory as was mine. you could tell ours was recently renovated. The ones who left had burn holes in the coverlet, burn holes in the carpet and nicotine stains in the bathroom. and they booked a non smoking room

The staff the room overall hospitality was very much lacking says it has breakfast went in there and it was hard very hard tiny muffins and Tiny cinnamon rolls it looks like they were there from the day before no coffee cockroaches and they refuse to give me back my deposit saying that it smelled like smoke.. which was a straight-up guy I did not smoke in the room. The very next room had been burnt very badily in the room smells like smoke from that overall was just very rude look for any reason to not give him a deposit didn't clean or pick up the room at all and my 4-day stay

There was unrepaired fire damage to a room below ours

The room was clean. But there was a sock from previus person on a light that I told them about day 1 and they never removed it

Was on second floor but only 1 way up to room because a fire had blocked the other stairs so had to park on opposite side of where room was.

Old dilapidated building. The owners are not maintaining the property nor have they modernize the rooms in at least two decades. Lacked cleanliness.
