LOVED the location. I had a waterfall view! The hot springs were amazing! Hands down our favorite place in all of CO!
Staff. The breakfast was not open when they said it would be. No one was around, I had to call and leave a message. Over an hour after they said they opened in the morning for breakfast.
I will say our check-in staff the evening before was excellent! Very kind young man.

Breakfast was simple, but it did it’s purpose! No complaints.
The only down side was the hot springs were a little small so if it was full you had to wait. And the ones that were usually open were the coldest.

Beautiful location with new improvements with the hot springs tubs.

There was no breakfast but we knew that when booking, I liked the hot springs area and the individual tubs.
I think the place needs to invest in new sheets, they felt like they had been quite used and were not smooth to the touch
