The workout facility was closed without any prior notification. The A/C went out and that made the stay uncomfortable.

everything is so old and dirty very poor variety for complimentary breakfast key to my room was not functioning during my stay they don’t put complimentary water bottles in the room i really don’t know how this hotel is sheraton hotel and 4 stars, it deserves to be a 2 star hotel

nothing!!! manager Thomas Walker will not come to phone keep having the staff member lie about him calling us back. no air conditioner working, smoke detectors hanging off the wall, light fixtures missing, keys did not work for any room and security guard had to let everyone in rooms. no ice machines on any floors worked, you had to go downstairs for ice. no curtains on windows they had paper shades.

Location. Convenient to event.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Room phone didn't work. Temperature in the entire hotel was unregulated and hot majority of the time.

they had food and a bar staff was very very nice.

The property was undergoing renovations which we didn’t know until we got ready to check in. The entire building was dated from the flooring to the the appliances…shower head rusted…headboards on bed torn or damaged…beds depicted as queen size on site but actual twin beds which weren’t stable…bed was extremely shaky…carpet was filthy…the room had a damp moldy mildew smell and the sheets were filthy! Definitely will not be booking here again!!!

The restaurant was good the waitress was very helpful and very friendly so if they were stars on raining here it would be four stars breakfast was pretty good rating breakfast 3 and 1/2 but other than that it was all around good visit and stay but your management team was outstanding very excellent because I was in a walker and gave me the help like we have been friends for years so if that's assistant manager I think he should be made manager outstanding job very knowledgeable helpful and very easy to talk to we had a few problems with the online things but he explained it and it was good his knowledge his knowledge will take him a long way in your company
