Really the location was the primary thing I liked about the hotel.

It’s old and needs lots of renovation. Dingy. Literally no facilities. No food when they used to have a pre-Covid. It used to be a better place to stay. It showing at Sage and whoever the owners are on a keeping it up very well.

Had black stuff come up our sink several times aswell in the shower so we felt gross. aswell as someone unplugged our truck in the morning. on a negative temperature night and our truck ended up gelling. I was late to my next gig. because I used booking.com I was told I couldn't recieve any form of discount or refund which is absolutely garbage.

Staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and close to our daughter's college.

It would have been great and it was great the first night we where welcomed by a nice girls the first night so I’d say that night was good it was 2/14 came back the next night we waited at the front desk for at least 15 min then finally a very young non nice boy comes out and he has the nerve to say what what happen what’s the problem so we went else where that night ! Came back the next night hoping for the same girl as first night but no was him again and the place smelled so bad like poop mixed with old lady perfume but we had pre booked online . We liked the place felt comfortable minus the smell and you should fire the cocky boy FR

The front staff on 2/15/23 & 2/17/23 Not sure if the smell was the rugs or the boy having bathroom issues AGAIN we assume he was taking one the first night when we waited 15 min but we got no apology or explanation and he also tried to way over charge us the night we walked out
