the resort was so clean and the rooms were so comfortable and nice. So much for the kids to do and there were lots of lifeguards on duty which made us feel even safer.

we went bowling which is basically self explanatory but we didn't know there was a time limit between every turn so we lost out on 2 turns- we paid $30 to bowl 6 frames so that was very disappointing to the kids. When we were confused and asked the attendant she was rude and not helpful at all. That was disappointing but she was the only one in the whole facility that we found to be rude.

Wasn't happy with the check in, was at 4 we waiting almost 2 hours after check in time to actually get our keys. Also the rooms walls was very thin we had to call down twice for noise complaints! Our neighbors was extremely loud at night before bed and also woke us up at 4a.m with screaming and crying!

That i got to spend time with my kids

Everything the reservation was messed up and then every 10 mins ppl would knock on our door so we didnt sleep sheets was dirty water in room got stuck had to call front desk and i have a heart condition i cant get startled and all the knocking and yelling because where they put us made this weekend horrible i have sent messges to the hotel got bk nothing in return it was my daughters birthday and she chose to go there instead of anywhere else so not worth it glad to be home

Very fun place for the kids ...we enjoyed ourselves

The water park was nice and relaxing. Check in and check out was easy. The beds were comfortable and the cable had plenty of channels to pick from for the whole family.

The hotel floor was dirty. The elevators are slow and one broke down for the day. The buffet breakfast made me and my family stomach hurt. The food was way too expensive for the taste. Most of the staff was nice but others were not.

If you were not a small child , there was nothing to do . On a Saturday night stay, nearly every attraction was closed. Only on water slide available for any age. Even the kiddie water slides were closed. When I asked an employee why this was , she said employees were moved to help at Cedar Point Halloweekends. Bummer for us I suppose Go to Kalahari instead — no comparison

The Breakfast buffet was pricy but very good and large selection. Rooms were very clean.

Half the waterpark was closed due to staffing issues, that was very disappointing
