Where do I start? This place is AMAZING! Everything was perfect. The free breakfast, the Kickback time, the Staff was awesome. We will do this again.

Jorge at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful with my handicapped husband and went above to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Room on floor 20 was a good size with two windows overlooking San Antonio, good seating and comfortable bedding, bathroom was good too with ample space - could always do with more robe hooks; Breakfast was good and the evening drinks were very good too; staff were very pleasant and attentive. Great location for access to the Riverwalk

Breakfast and evening drinks were both extremely busy, finding a suitable table was not always easy, parking is not very cheap as it is essentially valet parking only, but staff were very good.

We loved the hospitality after we registered.

The included meal was a plus but our menu for this visit wasn’t very good, to us. Registration was uncomfortable, desk attendant was in a very bad mood. We were checked in without an introduction to the amenities offered. Socializing with the other guest they informed us.

The hotel has a very unique decor that makes it very special. The employees were super friendly and delivered great customer service from the moment you left your vehicle to park to the time you picked it up. Very clean and you saw employees actively cleaning throughout our stay. The evening buffet and drinks were more than we expected. The morning buffet had a lot of variety to choose from. Room was very roomy and clean. Hotel is centrally located and you can walk to many restaurants along the Riverwalk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

My only concern was that the bottom bed sheets might need to be replaced as they have been washed so many times. They were worn out and didn't feel very comfortable.

toilet didn’t work or fridge the person working there handed me a poop bucket with a plunger in it. I was grossed out reason I would not come back, no free drinks on Sunday

Very spacy room with a style of tradition, old hotel with a nice patina, well situated close to the sights, very friendly team, free drinks at happy hour once you decide to have dinner in the restaurant, etc

at breakfast: all dishes, cuttlery, mugs etc, one way stuff - made from plastics, not environmental friendly and sustainable.

The location was perfect. The happy hour was an amazing surprise! The food was delicious and you can’t be free cocktails/beer. I expected a line at dinner or the bar but the staff was so efficient at getting everyone through that there was hardly a line at all. We will be returning to this hotel every time we make it back to San Antonio!

My check in agent couldn’t be less helpful. unwilling to spend the time to explain how to get to Sa Fernando tower and where to pull in for valet parking. Terrible customer service

Staff was very nice. I loved the old building.

Waiting on our car. There was a hiccup with the app and it said it couldn’t find our car.

I love the location of this place, also the staff is always polite and helpful.

I did not like how it was so crowded, and I didn't like they had no area for smokers.

The valet parking, convenient access to riverwalk, friendly staff and free breakfast and dinner.

The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable and the room was pricey for the quality but overall a great place to stay.

A wonderfully located hotel with beautiful views, a wonderful swimming pool and an observation deck. Very good breakfasts, afternoon food and drinks.

Room rate could be lower. The smell of the sheets was not great.

Beautiful lobby area, plenty of elevators, room card was required for hotel access which was a good security feature. Great location!

The food at the 5:30 pm “kick-back” wasn’t as good as the breakfast food.
