The Native American education experience was neat.

It was under construction so no pool. The rooms.were too hot. The restaurant food aas not appealing. No lobby bar

Swimming pool was closed which no one told us!!!

Beautiful, inside and out! The pools were amazing. The cabana service was impeccable. Canyon suites have a private luxury feel with friendly hospitality. We totally loved it. The room and bath were so big and comfortable. Thank you.

Was was charged for a weeks worth of stay. But was only booked for 1 night. It has been a hassle to have them set my account correct.

most of the amenities were closed due to renovations which we had not been informed about prior to booking. As a result, the price was exorbitant compared to similar available hotels in the area. will think twice before booking with Booking. com in the future.

A batista at the coffee shop was very rude to me but everything else was fine

Pool

Room temperature wasn’t easily maintained during night. Bathroom tile seemed dirty. Mattresses didn’t have mattress pad protection. Concrete around pool wasn’t cleaned nightly. A lady and her husband were very rude to us and another family because she had put towels out early to safe pool seats and staff had cleaned up towels so she yelled at us and the lifeguards didn’t remove her from area.

Nice hotel, nice people and great atmosphere. Overall a good stay and would stay there again. We heard while at the hotel they are gearing up for a large remodel and that will be good timing. The hotel is starting to show its age but it’s still a very nice hotel. Concierge team was fantastic and made our trip extra special with their kindness!

Very disappointed that the valet wasn’t able to charge our electric car during our stay. We were counting on charging our electric car at the hotel for a long drive after checkout but when the valet brought the car to us at checkout, he said “… sorry, the car charger is broken…” this was after we specifically asked for the car to be charged when we checked in. More electric car charging infrastructure needed at the hotel and more emphasis to employees how important this is to follow through with guests.

they have a nice bar stocked with cigars yet do not provide an area where one can enjoy. need to either get rid of the ciigars or provide somewhere for a drink and a smoke.

location and architecture. it is a grand building with very nice landscaping

hot tub was COLD! We booked this hotel because of the great pool. We have kids. There were lots of kids staying in the hotel presumably they chose the hotel also for the pool. The pool water was absolutely frigid and the hot tub was not hot. No one was able to swim. The the property: your pool is one of your biggest selling points. the pool should be warm and the hot tub hot. Also, get rid of the spa requirement that doesn't allow children under 17 to visit with their parent. That is pretty ridiculous. With no pool, no hot tub and no spa for my kids, it was a downer to have chosen the Hyatt for sure.

The way the property looked and the location.

lack of service. Arrived and no bell person out front for car or bags. only one person up front to check in about 20 people. Hall noise easily heard inside rooms and didn’t realize this was dog friendly or I wouldn’t of booked. There were two dogs next door that barked non stop throughout our stay. Not a good combo for relaxation. Lastly, the restaurants on property could use a little help. Food is very average.

lovely property with nice facilities, staff was overall very nice and welcoming. the Starbucks inside was very convenient

our iron and our phone were broke. took 2 hours to get an iron replacement. we were told our phone replacement was on the way…it never came. thankfully I was able to order room service online.

We thoroughly enjoyed our couple of days at the Hyatt Regency in Scottsdale. The hotel, property, and pool were all beautiful!

We had a hard time getting the room temperature regulated.

As a return guest, I was pleased to see that most facilities are still good. Great pools, lovely garden courtyard and scenery. Bedroom fine, as expected.

Restaurants very limited. I’d suggest a more international menu and some interesting alternatives to eggs etc at breakfast. Bars close way too early. 9:30 pm and everything shuts down.
