Everything seemed well taken care of, clean, and easily accessible.
The bathroom has a slight mildew smell. There was also slower service at the Minnehaha Cafe when it wasn’t very busy.

Great sized room. Comfortable and clean. Well balanced room temperature. Only stayed one night, so not much interaction with staff, but women at the check-in desk was outstanding and very professional.
Lack of transportation to airport. Rideshare was pretty expensive.

Beautiful building and room! Staff were all amazing, I will definitely attend another concert and stay at Mystic Lake again. I’m personally not much of a gambler other than a little bit of slots so I don’t have an opinion on that part. Food choices were great, they have a cafe open until 3am too :)

Room was clean comfortable and quiet for the most part. Later it got the louder people were in the hallway.
Payouts sucked. Spent a lot of money there between my wife and I. We barley walked out with money. But that's what casinos do. Just wish the payouts would have been better that's the only negative thing I have to say about it.

Room was comfortable. Checking staff was courteous.
The reason for my stay was relaxation. I was looking forward to the spa. It would have been nice to know it was closed for whatever reason before i booked. Room was comfortable, but there was hair in the bathtub, and it hadn't been dusted in a while, and the toilet half flushed before it would flush. Shouldn't have to call and ask if your spas open when you book on booking.com. Update your status online so we know what we're getting instead of surprising your guests with an "oh sorry, it's closed until further notice" don't know if I'll stay again.

great all inclusive venue with rooms, concerts and casinos! room was nice and simple. a lot of food options pay at night and very convenient if you’re attending a show there. the front desk staff was friendly efficient and courteous.
the room was freezing and you can’t control the temperature which was uncomfortable
valet service was AWFUL. it took almost 35 minutes to get our car parked when we arrived and ab hour when we left which caused us to be late for an event. the staff seemed nonchalant and showed little remorse or regret

Room was sufficient in size and very cozy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Casino was very fun and relaxing. Drinks in the casino were surprisingly well made and affordable. Casino staff for the most part was awesome. Restaurant food was excellent.
No airport shuttle. The shuttles they did provide weren't well advertised. The shower drained slower than expected and the shower head wasn't removable. Facilities seem short staffed, but not unexpected given our current climate.

I was double charged once for the room and a random $269 the next day. The hotel says they have no record of my reservation anywhere and has no clue how I could be charged by them.
