Everything was so clean and wonderful!

A couple of things that could be improved: 1. The pool area and bar needs to stay open longer. Closing it at 8pm seems so early and the pool bar closing early made no sense to me. The hotel is losing money on this. 2. The food at Michael Patrick restaurant was meh. The quesadillas were horrible. The wings were okay. Brownie was hard as a brick.

Location was okay only because of the lights we saw from the TERRANCE at The Golden Nugget of Paradise Pier next door. Bubba Gump was awesome, including Ms. Christie at Bubba Gump bar. We booked this place to celebrate our 20th anniversary and Bubba Gump was the best thing we found at The Golden Nugget.

There was NO microwave or refrigerator. The ice machine on the 12th floor DIDN'T. We had to go to the 11th floor for ice. The building SHAKES randomly. They use some kind of crain/piling device that is loud, scary, and shakes the building during the day. I called the front desk because I was unaware of what was going on. She was not familiar with it but stated it must be normal because she hasn't heard about it yet. On three occasions, we smelled a foul odor similar to manure. Two occasions within the room and one while eating at the casino. Parking is absolutely horrible. There were several areas where people parked in TWO parking spots. Staff during check-in was rude, including the valet guy. We were also charged an extra $2 per day (on top of/including the daily RESORT FEE) because staff said it was not added when we PAID IN FULL ($1,032.41) prior to arriving.

I enjoyed my stay great view bed was so comfortable really like the breakfast buffet😃 so much to do just in the resort itself will definitely book again

Beautiful pool and hot tubs, sadly they closed them 2 hours before the stated close time. We only got to enjoy the hot tub for 15 minutes.

Rooms need some updating. Couch was worn out, beds were hard. When you pay $500 for one night you expect super comfortable accommodations!

Great pool, nice restaurants, easy to get around. Friendly staff. Except security personnel.

Security staff they harassed my 20 year old son and his girlfriend anytime they tried to go to Starbucks or the candy store or pool and were told they had to have an escort. This was never mentioned at checkin. The day we left they would not let them come out the front door where I was waiting and his brother who is 22 was escorting them . They were stopped and made to go back up and around to the parking garage and walk back up the drive with their suitcases. If this is a family establishment then people 18 and over should be able to at least go to the pool, Starbucks and restaurants on their own.

The distance from the parking garage to the hotel check in could be easier to access.

All the staff I talked to had a attitude and was rude. The hair drier did not work in my room. There was not a refrigerator in my room so I couldn’t have any cold drinks in my room

The bartender at the pool was rude and the housekeeper but other than that I enjoyed my stay

Bed

The noisy elevators that I could hear from my room. The shower door was scary to open and was almost falling off.

The views were fantastic., Lillie’s was delicious and the pools were beautiful. There were SO many games that my husband and I didn’t have any trouble finding machines that were side by side. Connor and Mrs. Brenda were so knowledgeable and sweet. Mrs. Brenda even called me when our room was ready. Connor saved us from walking circles around the property by telling us a quicker way to get to our SUV. For the most part, the team was absolutely wonderful!

The only issue we had was the two ladies working player services when we went to get our players cards - they weren’t friendly at all. Luckily we only had to deal with them once and we still had a great night!
